The shoes are comfortable in general; however, they cause me blisters in the back. I bought the shoes to walk all around Italy; after I broke them in, they didn't bother me anymore. I had to wear a bandaid in the back for the blisters. However, the shoe in general was really really comfortable.

I love these shoes! I do think they run big, though. I wear a 5 1/2 or a 6. I usually end up with a 6 because 5 1/2 is hard to come by, so I was excited to see these in the 5 1/2. But then when they arrived (next day might I add! Thanks Zappos!), the 5 1/2 was quite big on me. I do have a narrow foot so that may have contributed. So I re-ordered the 5 and they arrived in 36 hours! They fit great but are a little stiff, like all new shoes, but they do not rub my heel or anything. I saw them at Macy's, but they did not have my size so I searched Zappos and found them. I was nervous because I wanted them to wear to Disney and I leave on Sunday. I ordered them Monday, received on Tuesday. I then re-ordered the second size on Tuesday late evening and received Thursday! Plenty of time to wear them around, make sure they fit well and still get to wear them on our long, hot 8 days walking around Disney! I give the shoes a 4.5 out of 5 stars and Zappos 100 stars! I love this shoe. In my opinion, nothing is more comfortable than the Merrell brand. It is the one brand that I can be sure will be comfortable without trying it on first. I ordered these in a size eight, my normal size, and it feels very roomy. It is not big enough to go down to a seven and a half, but certainly not tight. It looks cute, too.

I wanted so badly to be able to keep this shoe, it\'s so cute and would be very comfortable if it fit me well enough. I normally wear a size 8 and ordered this in two sizes after reading the reviews, an 8 and 8.5. Ordered late Monday night and they were delivered Tuesday afternoon, Zappos you\'re unbelievable! \r\n\r\nThe 8.5 was much too large and the 8 was too wide, the length was good, comfort good but they buckled on the sides from being so wide and I couldn\'t keep them on my feet. I slipped in a heel grip pad but that didn\'t help much, then I put in a an inner sole, it made it somewhat better but the fit was just too wide. I had to return them after coming to the realization that I was trying too hard to make them fit correctly. I love Merrells and have several pair but they\'re clog style. Guess I\'ll keep trying, I desperately wanted a ballet type shoe that was comfy and almost found them.

This shoe is amazing. Comfortable and stylish. The fit is true to size. I typically wear an 11, low arch, and narrow foot? I'm glad to have found this brand and shoe. I would highly recommend this casual shoe if you have a lot of walking to do at work. I feel like I can wear them everyday. By the way, thanks Zappos for shipping my items so quickly. I'm a satisfied customer.

I had bunion surgery in December. My foot is still somewhat sensitive and tends to swell. These shoes made me say "ahhh" when I put them on. The sole is thick enough to reduce shock from pavement. I was worried about what I was going to put on my feet for a week's vacation in New York. I wanted some style, but I knew that I would need comfort. This shoe does it. I ordered another color today.

I've gotten a lot of comments on these shoes. They are quite adorable and very comfortable. My custom orthotics fit right in. I ordered several colors as they can go with capris or even a skirt. The width at the top of the shoe is perfect for me, but could be snugger along the sides. I do worry that they might become too lose after wear and tear, but for now they are working just fine.

This Merrell slip-on shoe is stylish, comfortable, and true to size. There is a nice arch support. I practical live in them every day with pants or a skirt. These are great shoes! Very cute and comfortable. I had some knee problems about 9 months ago and now I have to be careful about what kind of shoes I wear. No flat, flat shoes for me! These have a nice cushion and medium arch support. I wear a pretty true 6.5B and these were right on. I plan on purchasing in another color soon. Merrells are great shoes for support.

I love Merrell shoes, but this one is a bit disappointing. The sides are very low cut and gap with each step as the foot flexes. The heel fits too loosely as well.
