I have extremely high arches, and am healing from a fracture in my foot and these are the only shoes that are comfortable and still looked great with dresses, suits, etc. Actually worth the price!

I have flat feet and I believe one foot is wider the than the other. So the elastic strap was too tight on my left foot and really was uncomfortable. I will need to get that shoe stretched out. Otherwise, it is really comfortable for my right foot. Don't get this shoe if your feet are wide. I had another Mephisto mary jane style that had a velco strap that worked perfectly. I don't think I will get anything with an elastic strap again because is it not adjustable. Though the strap can stretch, it is really too snug for comfort.
