Dear Zappos: I am thrilled to death. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes yesterday and they are on my front porch already!!! I did not pay extra for express shipping. I have looked and ordered from other online shoe sites because they had a particular style or size that I needed right away including Stride Rite shoes for my 2 yr. old grandson. I always come back to Zappos for my shoes because of the variety and I just love to look at shoes! This is the first time that I was ever upgraded to overnight shipping without a charge. You are "The Best". Thank you so much. I have not tried them on yet since they are still on my porch. I was so excited that they got here so soon that I had to send an email first.
