 |  |  | I was surprised to receive your email. Thank you! Saturday is showtime! The shoes I ordered from ZAPPOS were the most accurate sizing. I had to fill in from 2 other companies just because Zappos did not have the sizes, and I can tell you that your service was by far superior from the initial phone conversation, shipping, then a call back to order 2 more pair only to find a phone representative to be hardworking at helping me...I will not forget such service and who knows, I might have to do this again next year as my son will be a senior and I will not pass this way again. Thank you again and please forward this letter to the powers that be! One can never receive too many compliments. Oh...I do have one request, I'd love to see Zappos carry a comfortable (sworn so by women in their 50's) black pump that still looks sassy and stylish. Plus any designer look-a-likes that are still quality without the movie star price tags. Yeah, we women want it all don't we--hah!
