"Good morning, I thought I would start out my day as well as yours on a positive note. I just want to say thank you for your continued excellent service and to your wonderful customer service team. I shop almost exclusively on-line and I have narrowed my selection to just a few sites that I find exceptional. For shoes, that would be you. Zappos far exceeds any shopping site for ease of use, selection beyond belief, quality of products, fast service and friendly, efficient customer service when needed, which isn't often. I have shopped with you for a few years now and have only had one incident where there was a breakdown in service and Zappos not only listened but responded with a friendly thank you for the small problem. I feel terrible when I have to return shoes but I limit myself to quality shoes and have horrible feet so I can't afford to keep shoes exceeding $100.00 that just don't work for me. Thank you for your generous and easy to understand return policy. Zappos is the only store that has such a return policy as far as I know. Finally, a special thanks to your customers that take their time to write reviews of the shoes. They are exceedingly helpful and in most cases honest and fair.
