"I had never heard about your website until I got home from shoe shopping last night with my 8 year old son. We looked all over town for someone who carries his size of shoe in a wide. They were nowhere to be found. I searched his size on the internet and your site was the first to pop up. I couldn't believe your selection. Even the shoes that he wanted, that the store said they couldn't order in his size - you had. I happily ordered, loved the free overnight shipping, and that you carried them even cheaper than the "brand’s" on-line store. We ordered at about 8 on Wednesday, fully expecting "overnight" to mean I would receive them on Friday since I had ordered so late. I am completely blown away that today, Thursday, in the midst of ice and rain, the shoes showed up. I will never buy another pair of athletic shoes for anyone in my family from anyone else but Zappos. Let me tell you, that is a lot of shoes!!! What more could I possibly ask for?
