"Hello Zappos, This was my first time ever to buy anything over the internet! I was a little Leary, but after reading all the customer comments and the return policy, I decided to take the plunge. I really appreciated the customer's reviews. Because of their insight, I was able to order just the right size. I admit I took the comments literally and really thought about it. The last thing I wanted to do was the return game. After leisurely browsing the 136 clogs sitting in my comfy chair drinking coffee, I ordered some shoes. Well, I ordered Thursday afternoon and Friday at noon the shoes arrived. They fit perfect (and my size 8 1/2 wide – flat feet aren't the easiest to fit)!!! THANK YOU ZAPPOS!
