I have been working in customer service forever and it never gets said enough when service is good... so I am just here to remind you that you guys are fab! I got 2 of the nicest replies to my questions about winter boots from your reps ...and well... seriously (I use that word a lot) I just cannot get over how happy you all must be to be able to treat each and every customer like a super star! Says a lot for the company as a whole. Yesterday was my first phone order (they block the internet site at work... meanies!) and the woman (I hate that I forgot her name) was just great! Gave me all my options...made sure it was the right shoe and bam! Order done and boots were waiting for me when I got home... Could it be any better?? Sadly... I cheated on Zappos.com the other day and bought winter boots somewhere else... The sales guy was great, but without the reviews it was hard to judge them...and needless to say I returned them today! They were just so uncomfortable! If they are on your site I am writing a review...OUCH! But ...yes... you guys are great and I am happy to be a customer. I might not be the best customer because I buy shoes so rarely...but I love that you guys don’t make me feel bad or different for not spending millions! Have a wonderful weekend! Jessica Mirch D."
