"I recently purchased a pair of shoes for my son. I placed the order on Monday evening. When I hit the "submit" button, I immediately realized I had made a mistake on the address and entered my billing city instead of my shipping city. When I called and spoke to the CSR indicating I made the mistake, she cheerfully corrected my mistake and since I was a first time customer offered to overnight for free! I was pretty happy about that and figured they would arrive on Wednesday. I came into work on Tuesday and they were already here! Amazing! And on top of that...the shoes are great! Just wanted to thank you for such great customer service and very friendly staff. Perhaps all companies should take a few lessons from Zappos.com! Lisa H."
