"Zappos and staff have "wowed" me several times. First, when I ordered the shoes, I was pleased to receive next day delivery at no charge. Second, when I phoned, I was again "wowed" that the return label was sent as I was on the phone and the replacement shoes would be shipped, again over night at no charge! Congratulations on your TEN year history. With the GREAT customer SERVICE, you will certainly be celebrating 25, 50, and 100 years! I am in a family owned business that just celebrated 70 years.
