I had been looking for a leopard/cheetah ballet flat for months, but I wanted one with minimal embellishment and lots of comfort that could be worn with jeans, skirts, or dresses. I almost kept these shoes, but there are a few reasons why I didn't. First of all, I feel they are true to size. I've tried on other Me Too flats that I felt run short (I think it was the "Lysette" style). These did not run short in my opinion, and if a shoe is even a tiny bit too short, it will usually be too short on me. The padding in this shoe is great, but unfortunately the lining of the shoe is man-made, which is not breathable - that's one strike against this shoe. I was also not a fan of the sewn-on logo on the back heel of the shoe; it looks cheap and is unnecessary - that's strike two. I was unsure about the durability of the elastic around the shoe opening, and I was on the fence about the bow on the toe - that's strike three. If the embellishments and breathability are not an issue for you, I say go for this shoe. The leopard pattern is super cute.

I have been trying on so many ballet flats and finally am satisfied with my MeToos in pewter. I usually take a 7½ or an 8, and since Zappos was out of the 8, I went with the 7½. They are tight in the toes but I believe the leather will stretch. Everything else about them is perfection. Great toe coverage (no cleavage), and so comfortable in the heel and at the sides. When I tried them on, I kept them on for the rest of the evening. I love the soles and the driver's heel -- more substantial than other flats I've tried. (I thought I had settled on the Anne Klein Buttons in pewter, but a little bit more, the pewter MeToos offer real leather.) Thank you, Zappos, for letting me be picky.

I love Me Too brand shoes but this style is by far my favorite pair I have had in a long time. I am considering buying a second pair just to stock up. The only reason I need a second pair is that I work in a historic area and walking on the brick sidewalks causes the edges of the soles to wear quickly on the Me Too flats - this style in particular is more of a moccasin type sole that has leather on the bottom edges. Some of the other styles do not. But, they are the most comfortable shoes I have found for walking on the brick sidewalks so I just deal with it. If they feel a little tight the first time you slip them on - just give them a little bit of time, they end up stretching to fit your feet.

Second pair of Me Too. Elastic back keeps my heel from moving. Cushy insole and arch support. Walked all over New York. Perfect ballet style.

Love, love, love these shoes! They are so perfect with a long skirt or slim jeans. This is my 3rd pair of Me, Toos & I will buy more. I have a very narrow foot, but can wear this medium.
I'd also recommend: Sofft, Vanelli, Walking Cradles
