The Sirima is the perfect MBT! As a teacher, I spend long hours standing and walking on hard tile floors each day. MBT shoes have had very beneficial effects on my posture, leg circulation, and have helped ease shoulder and back pain I struggle with. I was delighted by the more professional styles that MBT released earlier last Fall and liked the Tunisha, but I couldn't find a size that fit my feet. The Sirima corrects all these problems and is an even cuter shoe than the Tunisha! It is dressier looking and the toe box appears much more streamline even though it feels longer and wider. I wear an 8.5/39 in most shoes and the 39 was perfect. The velcro strap is easy to adjust. I look forward to wearing these shoes often. If they came in brown I'd buy them too!

I bought my first pair of MBT's to help with chronic heel pain from fasciitis. The relief was immediate. The Sirima shifted my weight into proper alignment of knees, hips & upper body, and the pressure I had been (incorrectly) putting on my heels was relieved. Amazing, amazing shoes. You need to give yourself a chance to adjust to them. After my first full day of wear, I had some lower back discomfort. It was explained to me that people may feel discomfort in their quads, glutes, calves or wherever, based on where their muscles are weakest. I gradually worked up to wearing them more and more. They really do give you a workout!

These are worth every dollar to me. I'm 55 and have knee and lower back problems. Wearing these I literally feel no pain, and as a result I am just feeling better all over, even when not wearing them. I also have the brown Kaya and Skechers fisherman sandals but and will let you know on those, but the Sirima is the best shoe for me so far hands down.

These have to be the cutest MBTs yet! Great for more formal occasions. I found these to run true to size, as opposed to the smaller size of previous MBT styles I’ve purchased. I have a slight bunion, and the toe box is a bit tight on these. It will take some time to fully break them in. I also wear orthotics, which are easy to fit in the shoe.

I read other buyers reviews of this shoe and decided to order a 1\/2 size up as recommended by several other customers. In fact, however, I found them to be exactly true to size and had to reorder a 1\/2 size smaller (my normal size). These shoes were comfortable from the start. I work in a hospital and do a lot of walking. I would definitely recommend these shoes. I am also curious to try the new sketchers. They are less than half the price and have a simialr technology.

About MBT
The many benefits of MBT shoes are not only substantiated by numerous scientific studies; they are also being enjoyed on a daily basis by more and more health- and fitness-conscious people who improve their physical fitness by merely wearing this physiological footwear. MBT shoes can activate neglected muscles and tone and shape the entire body.
Doctors and physiotherapists recommend MBTs as an effective therapeutic tool, and top athletes like Benni Raich and Michael von Granigen use their MBT sneakers as mini training and regeneration centers. Shoes designed by MBT can have a positive impact in improving posture and gait, reducing stress on the knees and hips, and even help with joint, ligament and tendon injuries.

This is my second pair of MBTs. I really like the way they look and feel. I have problems with my knees in a lot of shoes. However these shoes don't produce any of those problems. They look great with pants and scrubs. My sandals are great too.

Instantly and incredibly comfortable. I ordered 1/2 size larger than my normal size, and they fit perfectly. They don't look as bulky as I'd expected (but don't get me wrong, they do have that MBT look). I don't normally spend this much on a pair of shoes, but thinking of them as treatment for my creaky knees allowed me to talk myself into them! I love Zappos -- my local store didn't have my size, but I'd rather buy from Zappos anyway because of the phenomenal service. I ordered these last night and am wearing them this afternoon. And my feet are happy.

This was my first experience with MBT, and I ordered the Sarima, the Bardi, and the Goti boot. Unfortunately, I returned them all. The Sarima was the one I was most likely to keep. It felt fine when I first put it on, although no more comfortable than any other Mary Jane. For the money I expect something closer to comfort nirvana. While I normally wear a 7 or a 7.5, having read the reviews I ordered the Sarima in both a 7.5 and an 8. The 7.5 was way too narrow in the toe box. The 8 was comfortable for the toes, but the heel was loose. I tried to compensate by pulling the strap a little tighter, but that just ended up cutting into my instep.I wore the Sarima for a total of 3 days, and never experienced the life-changing comfort that so many have reported. Again, for nearly this price I expect something special, and this delivered far less. Finally, as a note to the MBT designers, I would highly recommend they deliver a wide style, since people with wider feet fit right into their target market of people seeking the ultimate comfort shoe.

I bought MBT Sirima to help my aching feet especially my bunion. It works! I even wore it in our reunion gathering lately, because I can't wear high heels anymore. Well, it served the purpose. I danced and danced without tiring my feet. Zappos your shipping is the best. I got it in just 4 days. Thank you so much.

I ordered half size larger after reading reviews and fit is good. I have foot problems and this shoe is great. I don't think it's all that good-looking, but I've gotten compliments on it and I've been able to walk a few miles without problems...though I did put in my Spenco inserts in place of the liners for a better, more cushiony fit. I have narrow feet and need to put the strap on just about the tightest setting. Can't beat Zappos' service!

from Seattle for the last 22 years! I\'m developing a fungus.
These are possibly the best MBTs' I have bought to date. They are attractive(having a bit more narrow rounded front. This allows me to wear them with something other than jeans, etc. The shoe has a great strap closure which allows for the high instep I have but of course would accommodate any instep. They are as are most MBT's comfortable to walk in and are true to size. MBT's went from being an aid for a foot disorder I had to a cure for that and also an excellent source of exercise. I don't work out as much as I should so what a cool thing to have a shoe that just a day of shopping makes me feel like I had a workout! In other words these shoes are great for the lazy. And of course in this review I have to say that I love Zappos more than any other company I have run into in my many many years of shopping. There customer service is outstanding and I think they are hilarious. They have helped me countless times and are never too busy to talk as long as you want. Way to go Zappos team!
Brands I'd also recommend: well sketchers shape ups are good but run more to the exercise look. I have both in MBT

These are great shoes if you have ankle or knee problems, and you want to look reasonable in a dress or skirt. I wear MBT sneakers during the day, and these shoes for anything special. I love them!

I love MBTs! If you are a "Mary Jane" type of girl who needs a (casual) work shoe (and have cute socks you want to show off the tops of) or you are a waitress, these are for you. I have bought some shoes in my life, trust me, but these are bar-none the best walking/standing shoes available today. If I had these when I tended bar, wow, that would have been amazing for my posture/legs and butt!

Best MBTs I've worn. I love these shoes. They are light weight, comfortable and nice soft leather. They are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn, and I love that MBTs are getting more and more stylish - these are the best ones by far! I gave 4 stars for style, because I think they could be improved, come in additional colors, etc.

These look so nice and normal. The design is somewhat less clunky looking. They were a bit small as each shoe style from this brand runs differently. I will be ordering a bigger size in my other MBTs where I ordered a 9. I somehow got an 8½. I will try the 9, the shoe looks great and I am so excited when I get the fit right.

I just received the size 9 2/3 size in the Sirima. It was too big so now I must try the 9. It looked very nice and more elegant. One of my feet is an 8 1/2 and the other a seven and I am an e width so shoe shopping is a challenge, especially in the winter. I love my MBT's. I will keep trying. Zappos is so awesome!
