These are not the fit or support I expect from MBT. Even the arch is lacking. They are too wide for an average to wide foot. I do not wear wide widths. Also the 'pain zone-fit' is not there. Support is missing, even the arch is low. The uglier styles are the only ones that relieve pain so far. I have bad hips, lower back, and less severe foot issues. I get help from MBT's older thick-soled styles. These were also a bit scuffed- must be a return, no tissue, loose in box. For full price I expect new and perfect! Hopefully MBT will get cute blended with pain relief. I have great help from 5 pairs of their 'ugly' styles! I have boots, 2pr. of mary janes, +last year's sandals. The new sandals also lack fit and support. But!- I have reccently bought, and liked the current mesh style of Mary Jane MBT here which was white +grey- one success! Their new sandals were close to supportive but did not fit well either. Too long or too wide, like these. The smaller size in a sandal was tight, also not adjustable. I wear 8 medium in Brooks Addiction and tried 8.5 in these. Length looks really long on these, but support was the real lacking problem. I was really hoping MBT finally made a cute shoe for aching backs, feet, hips, and so on, but not this time.

Love, love, love. This is my 3rd pair of MBT's. I wanted something with a covered toe to wear with capri pants and knee length skirts. This pair came yesterday (upgrade on shipping for next day delivery!! Thanks Zappos!). The fit was true to size for me. I have a medium width foot and the width is fine. I have had knee issues in the past which is why I began wearing this brand, but I am a full believer in how they also tone legs ans rear. Overall, exactly what I wanted!

If you read nothing else, read this: The MBT Kesho looks really cute but they are the most uncomfortable pair of MBTs I've ever worn. I am a huge fan of MBTs, as they are the only shoes that keep my painful heel spurs from flaring up when walking or jogging extensively. That's why, even though they are very expensive (and I very much appreciate Zappos offering many of the models on sale), I now have several pairs of MBTs. The issues I had: The toe box is TINY. Unless you have very narrow feet, your toes will hurt. The top of the front comes up quite a bit but there's not enough room, so the leather will dig into the top of your foot. The strap is very wide; much more than their other Mary Janes. Finally, the heel bottom is very narrow, making the soles even more wobblier than their regular models. With a pending vacation, I wanted to take a casual pair of Mary Janes with me that I could wear during the day that would also work with a nicer dress for a night out. I thought the Kesho would do the trick, but I am returning these. Thank goodness for Zappos awesome return policy. I already have a pair of the MBT Sirima model, which is also a Mary Jane model. It's a little fancier than the Kesho but I will wear it on my vacation instead. I wish MBT made the Sirima in suede; that would be perfect.

Simply amazing. The most stylish MBT shoes. But be careful about the size, it runs smaller.

I've worn MBT shoes for years and these are the most ill fitting ever. Way too narrow in the front! I started getting pins and needles just sitting with them on. A larger size would be too long. A great disappointment from MBT.

Very comfortable, true to size, like walking on cloud. Good for people in sales that stand all day.
