I was excited to see Maui Jim making a pair of sunglasses that were actually fun and stylish instead of their typical more functional fare. It took me about a month and a half to finally find this pair in stock in the amethyst. When they finally arrived I was slightly let down. They weren't as cute as I'd hoped, but I decided to keep them anyway. At first they fit great but quickly became very loose on my face. I have a giant head, so it's rare for things to be too big. Within a week and a half, they were loose enough to accidentally fall about a foot off my face and the lenses got massively scratched. The plastic frame seems cheaply made. Even the case these came in is fraying and losing threads. Also, the lenses aren't very dark at all. I've had many pairs of sunglasses and Maui Jims and these are easily the worst pair ever. The quality is so low, I'm amazed Maui Jim puts their name on these sunglasses. Don't buy them.

I'd also recommend: Maui Jim makes the best lenses out there. Just pick any frame other than the Lani.

I found this pair of Maui Jims to be very stylish. They are durable and I would purchase another paid in a different color. These are the third pair of Maui Jims that I own I won't have any other brand.

I love my Maui Jims. The glasses look great and are very comfortable to wear. I was amazed at how vibrant the colors look and the fact there is no glare. I want my husband to buy a pair also!

Although I love they look, I found them to be loose and heavy. I don't have a high bridge on my nose, so that maybe why...but they kept sliding down.
