Very cute shoe, but the quality is poor. The jute on the heel is not secured in one corner, and the inner lining inside the back heel has not been properly trimmed. My foot left the shoe when I walked as the elastic was not tight enough. An unfortunate disappointment.

I found the look and quality of this shoe great, but when you walked the heels and back of the shoe flip off - the elastic bands, although very good looking and feel good, act as a rubber band. I had to return them. Felt true to size.

I love these shoes, however, the second time I wore them the right show broke. The strap that wraps around my ankle became detached from the shoe. I found some crazy glue, but I am not sure if it's a solid fix.
