The description of these is incorrect. The upper is velvet, not suede, and the sole is suede, not rubber. Thinking they had rubber soles I bought these as shoes that could be worn outside. However, after receiving them and seeing the soft suede sole I realized they were for indoor use only. I was disappointed with that but tried them on anyway and they're really freaking cute and it's getting more like slipper weather so I have to keep them. I'm just a little sad I can't wear them on adventures outdoors. Also for sizing, I wear a US 10 and Europe 41. This lists size as 41/11 or 40/10. I trusted the European size and got the 41/11 and they fit as they should.

Absolutely adorable, but the sides bagged on me. Maybe they were too big as I have a narrow foot but they only come in medium width. Very flat with no support at all...still for the right foot they're really cute and cozy.

These are ridiculously adorable. I bought these hoping they would be my wedding shoes, but while they are very comfortable and cute, my slightly wide feet just don't look good in them. I will sadly have to return them.

I have only worn them a few times and the shearling has already gone flat. The Ugg shoes that I got last much better then these and have triple the amount of shearling and the shearling is clearly of higher quality. For a designer shoe I expected far more from Marc Jacobs, which I buy frequently.

Native New Yorker Marc Jacobs began his design career in 1981 when he attended Parsons School of Design. On the evening that Marc Jacobs was showing his senior collection and receiving some of the school's highest honors, a fashion executive in the audience took immediate notice. These shoes are fantastic. However I am not going to review them today. Instead I would like to talk about zappos.com. I am not a review type of person since I am not a native speaker and not very good at express myself in English (obviously you may already noticed by reading this). However, I feel like I should really say something after Zappos took my online shopping experience to a whole new level. The service is fantastic, the VIP next day shipping is just heavenly, the 365day free returning is making every purchase here hassle free for me absolutely. And if they do make a mistake (rarely), their customer service is always there and friendly every time you call. Really, can't ask for a better place to shop online.
