Slippery Hands? I love my yoga mat, but when I warm up, my hands slide in many poses. This small towel added to the front of my mat gives security and stability. In case the red stitching does not appeal, do not worry. Mine came with the same tone of grey as the towel.

Love this mat. Huge improvement over my last cheap mat that always moved during my poses. Not as heavy and sturdy as the black Manduka Pro, but easier to carry and roll out. High quality mat with very little slipping or moving.

I have used a less expensive mat for years. I asked for this Manduka mat for my birthday from my kids. I feel so bad but its like practicing on ice. I can't use it in my yoga classes because the room is heated and the mat gets so slippery in the humidity or if I perspire. It is nice because its a little bit longer than a standard mat but not super long.

Very grippy, and I never slip. I worried that it would be too thin, but it actually gives a good amount of support to my knees. Smells like a new yoga mat, so I'll have to clean it and air it out, but otherwise it's fantastic!

Excellent product. I am very happy with the blocks and will use them in my teaching of restorative yoga.

I was looking for a very simple style yoga mat bag that was also high quality and functional. Check, check and check. There is plenty of space in the bag for my Manduka black mat pro, as well as mat and hand towels and small water bottle. The additional zip pocket also holds just about every other small item I need to carry with me (phone, wallet, keys, gum, lip balm, etc). The strap is padded and comfortable on the shoulder. All around, this bag is exactly what I was looking for.

Pros: It's a great mat. Non-slipping and heavy duty. It's a little heavy and not easy to roll up.

I very much like this bag. It's a huge step up from carrying a separate backpack for my clothes, towel, and accessories and then carrying my mat on a sling. The hardware on the bag is rugged and feels like it will last a good long time. The bag holds my mat, a YogiToes towel, a bath towel, and my yoga clothes easily. If there is any drawback it is that the canvas construction means that after hot yoga classes, my ultra-sweaty gear gets the bag damp. But it dries out quickly, and can be washed if necessary. Others I've showed it to at my studio have been impressed with its construction and utility.

This yoga mat is big. The only problem is that it has an order that last for a few days. I let it air out but it felt like forever. I am hoping that the smell goes away completely. This goes great with the large Manuka mat carrier bag! Make sure what happened to me, does not happen to you. I ordered the small Manduka bag for this mat and it did not fit. This mat fits the large Nanduka carrier bag! This mat does not make you slide for this yoga and pilates work outs.

This is a great carrier bag for those yoga and Pilate lovers. If you are on the go for a class, this bag is for you! I had originally purchased the small bag (same brand as this) and a mat. The mat did not fit into the small bag. I had to return the small bag. With Zappos' return/exchange, everything was easy breezy! This is super cute and has other areas for keys, Whatever you want to put in there for whatever reason!

I have a Manduka Pro. Its a big heavy mat that is very difficult to manage. I had the carrier which was nice made for the mat but it was a pain to get in and out. I have been literally looking for a sling for my mat for a year. Finally I found it. This sling is beefy enough for my mat and will adjust to a long enough length to sling over my shoulder for when I bike to practice. Not to mention it's masculine...are you with me fellas in how hard it is to find yoga products for men...something that's not purple with flowers. This is worth the money... for one it has that Manduka quality which is the best and 2 because it's designed with fore thought.

This is a very well made bag. The handle is adjustable and the extra pockets come in handy. I have an oversized mat and it fits snug in the bag which is what I wanted. The other zippered pocket has plenty of room for my keys, phone, wallet and towel.

I absolutely love this yoga mat bag! I live walking distance from my yoga studio, and this bag is so comfortable to carry messenger bag style across my back. I can fit my mat, small towel, water bottle and yoga clothes in it. It is easy to organize with two pockets. I am a small person, 5'1", and this bag works. It is just awesome.

The are fantastic well made yoga blocks. Really helps with my alignment and poses. I love them!

Great, best mat made! Get it. My only wish is that there was an easy way to clean the oil they put on the new mat. I have washed it 5 times now and am still trying to get rid of it. But again it is a GREAT mat and I would/will buy it again. :)PS: If someone out there knows like maybe Manduka, how do you wash the oil off?

I'm very happy with my decision to purchase this bag. It's comfortable to carry and fits everything. The color is unique looking and stylish (even if I do say so myself). Two compartments give you separate space for the mat and other stuff. Both compartments are ventilated. Plus there's a small, easily accessible zipper compartment that's good for small items that you need to access quickly, like keys or cell phone. Comfy and stylish on the bus, bicycle, or wherever before/after practice.

First off, I am about 6ft tall and so I was looking for an extra long mat. I am in love with this mat. I used it for the first time yesterday in class and boy did it help having a nice long mat, great griping, and cushion. One thing that someone might not like is that it is very heavy. I am used to a cheap mat from Target. This is heavy duty and awesome. I don't mind the weight. What a difference a good mat makes! Namaste!

Great mat! I put it out on my porch for a couple of days and the small went away. It's much lighter than my other mat, but gives excellent support.

The Manduka is everything I thought it would be! Plus doing business with Zappos is the bomb!

I got the mat as a birthday gift and did not like the color at all. Autumn red is a nice description, it is more dirty brown. The mat is very heavy.
