Great boot - Lightweight, good construction, no break-in time. Good arch support, air circulation maintains temperature and very comfortable heel. (Honestly feels like running shoe heels) I wore them over 15 hours on the second day with no gripes. I found a half-size smaller than normal to hug my foot well, providing support.
I'd also recommend: Keens for downtime. Can't beat keen comfort

These boots look and work great. I work on hospital based ambulance team 12+ hours/shift. Felt stiff in heel at first but loosened up within first day of use. Very comfortable boot.

Magnum Stealth - The Magnum Stealth appears to be an excellent work boot. (Police Work.) It looks good, feels good, and is comfortable from day one and not too hot yet. We'll see once summer gets here in Florida.
I'd also recommend: Not sure.
