These are a great Boot . I am on my feet a lot during the day and in many different situations . The comfort and durability these boot have is second to none . Plus the service that Zappo\\\'s provides is amazing .

To start with, if you have ever lived in the northwest, then you know it rains a lot so a good pair of boots is a must. The Magnum Response 2 8" boot worked great here in Oregon. I am a fishing guide here so I am out in the woods all the time and it is wet and muddy, too. I liked these boots the first time I put them on; they repel water great. Bottom line: you want a good pair of boots you can't go wrong with the Magnum. (Good luck fishing.)

These are the first boots that I ever purchased. And so far I think I got my money's worth. But keep in mind these shoes are different when it comes to size. Sneakers I wear 9.5, you can't get a 9.5 on these shoes. It will be too big. I learned that the hard way, but it's okay. The shoes are still good. I had problems with my feet they helped out a lot, but I have a little pain here and there. Plus the toe is strong; it's good for protection. And they are great work shoes, they are comfortable to stand in, and walk and run. (I don't run that much; I find that it takes too much work). Plus it's easy to clean, I dropped all kinds of things on it and it just wipes off. The heel support is good. And plus the important thing is they are not too heavy and they don't bog down your feet. Meaning it doesn't have the feeling when you take them off your feet feel relieved. I can wear these all day and they don't feel like anchors. That's why these are police shoes. These are the greatest work boots that there is, I'm sure of that, but I think for most people who are looking for something adequate, I think they work.

It's a hot and sticky mess of a boot. Honestly, after years of "professional research and development", one would figure that the time spent designing a boot for soldiers, play soldiers, and people who work on their feet all day would offer more than this highly festooned gimmickry. Look. Soldiers need footwear that performs. That hasn't changed since WWI. Footwear always seems to compromise. It's too heavy and too hot, or too light with no support, or is too hard to break in, or the sole wears too quickly, or is supposed to be dry if you are standing in a pool of water for ten hours, and on, and on, and on. Look, when I'm getting shot at, I want a boot that doesn't interfere with my thought process. Not a pair of boots that makes my feet overheat in seventy degree weather, or messes up my gait while running. And by the way, I'm not special. I'm just a normal guy speaking my mind. I'm tired of this nonsense. Give me a boot that has traction, breathes and laces easily. I fight for my country, not to look like a Matrix movie casting reject with hot, sweaty feet that agitate me.

After buying a pair of expensive Danner shoes and suffering continuous discomfort, I went to Zappos and found the magnum boot for my husband. The first moment he put them on they were a success. To date he loves them and will continue to buy them for his law enforcement profession. I highly recommend the Magnum Boot to all men who have a wide foot, stand a lot, or do a lot of walking while on the job. This is an excellent boot for the price.

I bought a pair in April. It is now October where I am having to find a better pair. The sole is coming unglued. I have also worn the inner sole down at the heel and toe sections. The heel pinches due to the plastic sticking through these boots are very uncomfortable and very cheap for the high price. You can get 3 pairs from Walmart that last longer and don't hurt your feet as bad. The leather near the bend of the toe started cracking in the first month. These boots are not for anyone that is on there feet more than an hour a day.

Hospital Security - I love the look of these boots. The fact that all your reviews are so good on them, only makes it more disappointing that you don't have women's sizes list for them. Is there any hope that you will have them in women's sizes? Only two pairs of boots have made it possible for me to walk any distance. I have bone spirs in my heals, making it next to impossible to walk the hospital or anywhere else for that matter. The two pairs are Timberlands and Magnum. The Magnum has everything I need for my line of work. Will I have to go back to the Timerlands due to your lack of having more than 1 style in women's police boots? Please let me know.

So far the Magnum Stealth Force boots have been doing very well. They are definitely light and were very easy to break in. After 2 weeks in the field, they show very little signs of wear.

Short Lived - At first the boots seemed very strong and safe. I have owned them for 6 months and the soles have started to fall apart. It has become a safety concern since I work/live on a US Navy ship and cannot use them anymore. That was a lot of money for only 6 months use!

This shoe is rugged, light, and tough with a superb fit. This is an awesome boot. I've tore these boots up on duty and they are still holding up strong. Honestly, I questioned the durability of these before I wore them but they proved themselves to be duty worthy. They are light, and when I say light I mean running shoes light. These are a must have!

Boots fit great!! True to size. For a full size boot they are extremely comfortable and light weight!! I wear them all year round. In the winter they keep my feet warm and in the summer because these are NOT a full leather boot, my feet stay cool. As always, Zappos shipping was extremely fast!!

Magnums are the only boot I wear for work. Right out of the box they are comfortable and feel "broken in". I especially like the fact that with a mid-calf boot they feel so light. I'm on my feet all day long so it's important to have comfortable boots. The free shipping from Zappos is amazing!! I ordered these on Monday morning and they were on my door step the next morning!! Great boot - Lightweight, good construction, no break-in time. Good arch support, air circulation maintains temperature and very comfortable heel. (Honestly feels like running shoe heels) I wore them over 15 hours on the second day with no gripes. I found a half-size smaller than normal to hug my foot well, providing support.

When I purchased these boots they felt good at the store. But my first 12 hour shift they failed. The tongue of the boot had a hard round thing in it. After 12 hours it wore my skin raw. I have never had any problems with Magnum boots. But I have tried to contact them about the problem with no response. I buy boots every 6 to 8 months. I will never buy Magnum boots again. I have told some of my fellow officers about this issue.

These boots look and work great. I work on hospital based ambulance team 12+ hours/shift. Felt stiff in heel at first but loosened up within first day of use. Very comfortable boot.

So far, this has been a comfortable boot to wear (I do a lot of walking and standing in them) and they will keep feet warm and dry, so far until it really gets cold and really rainy. There is a problem with the shoe eyes after the 4th pair of holes, there should be something better than a fabric strap because when it breaks, there is no repair there and the laces become looser and need to be double tied to hold them. I also wish that these were waterproof too then I would be safer in the rain.

Magnum Stealth - The Magnum Stealth appears to be an excellent work boot. (Police Work.) It looks good, feels good, and is comfortable from day one and not too hot yet. We'll see once summer gets here in Florida.

Great Boot! This is a really good safety boot! The composite is a lot lighter than steel toe and they are very comfortable. The zipper opening on the side is not quite wide enough to take the boots off or put them on, but that is the only flaw I see. Well worth the money.
