Perfect comfort right out of the box. There was no break-in period. Only boots I've ever owned that I can wear all day in comfort. They offer support and flexibility in all the right places for motorcycling. Love these boots.

This boot is the best fitting most comfortable and lightest pair of work boots I have ever owned!

I have had these shoes for more than 8 years and they still are great! I use them with my uniform and they still shine like new and are comfortable after many hours in them.

Wear boots all day with no problems. Comfortable and supportive. The heal will eat socks thought.

My husband works in the automotive industry and we have always bought expensive boots. I purchased these for his birthday and he absolutely loves them! Did not have to broken in, and he does not have to use insoles. We will continue to buy these for him in the future! Great work boots for a great price!

Ok, so I got these boots and was really excited because of all the great reviews. Well, I wanted to wear around the house to make sure they were comfy before I wore to work. The second time I laced them up one of the plastic eyelets broke and came out. Also, the lining above the toe seemed like there was extra and there was a bulge. Both of these issues were on the left boot. Now I don’t know if I should try another pair or go with a different brand... Hmmm… But, as usual, Zappos is AMAZING!!!

These boots are great work shoes. They do come a little on the wide side though. I liked them so much I got a pair for my work partner. His were a little wide too. But aside from that I have no complaints. These are great boots.

These boots are very light, lighter than my Merrell hiking boots, I've worn them for a couple of weeks at work (8+ hours on concrete a day) and it took almost a week to break them in but now are very comfortable. My feet are still getting tired by the end of the day when they wouldn't in my old Wolverines, but overall very good so far.

I haven't worn these much still breaking them in. But they are lightweight and very comfortable. I would recommend if on your feet a lot. Good ankle support, but break them in good first.

These boots are not bad for the money but they are definitely at least a half to a full size larger than marked.

These are too roomy. A surefoot insole helps and heel padding. The composite toe is a plus but makes for a weird fit. Otherwise the side zipper is great. I wish there were heel loops to pull on the boot faster. I felt the fit was better in a Bates but the zipper fell appart in two weeks. The Magnum is a fine light boot.

I'm sorely disappointed in this boot. Bought them for my husband, he's had Magnum's before that lasted forever but not these. Very stiff and took a while to break in. I bought them July 21, 2011. At not quite the three month mark they're trash. Before the first month broken shoe lace...not a big deal. Two months in one of the eyelets pulled through the material at the ankle. My husband is a truck driver, he just doesn't do that much walking around. The leather at the toe on the right foot has worn down to the safety toe from resting against the hump in his truck, Never, ever has this happened even with the cheap Walmart boot. The Red Wings these were bought to replace only have a slight mark at that location. I strongly suggest that you buy a different boot.

While I agree with other reviewers this boot was quite comfortable, after a little over a year's use the sole feels like it is slowly beginning to separate. The fabric in the rear upper portion of the boot has ripped on both boots, and the stitched lace grommets where the laces transition from foot to ankle both broke. Nice look, lightweight and comfortable though. Great experience doing business with Zappos too BTW.

These fit perfectly, are incredibly light, provide great arch support, and are overall very comfortable. I now own two pairs of these boots. I will stay with this brand as both fit and arch support have always been issues for me, but this brand fits my needs exactly!

These are very comfortable great looking much like a USMC corfram only much less expensive and Zappos provided free shipping.

The steel toe makes the whole boot extremely rigid, so there isn't much flex in the sole. Good for walking around a job site, but will chew up your feet (expect blisters on forefoot and heel) if you plan to run or otherwise put a lot of miles in them. I bought them for paintball and should've gone with a standard jungle boot instead.
