I love them! At first I was hesitant to buy them because they looked to gothic for me, but I decided to give them a chance and I'm glad I did because they are fantastic, very comfortable and durable, good quality and you can wear them with anything.

I do a lot of walking in the city and these have never once caused pain in my feet, even when I broke them in! They get many compliments as well. I am really happy with the purchase.

I bought this as a gift for my 19 year-old niece. She loves it! She says it fit her perfectly. I would highly recommend if you are into that type of boot style.

These boots shipped so quickly and I love them but they were a bit tight for me. I got a 9 and I'm usually a 9-9.5 depending on the shoe. I contacted the customer service by phone and they were amazing. They said they would ship me a size 10 within 2 days! (Steve Madden doesn't make 9.5.) I hadn't even sent my pair back yet! I am officially making Zappos my go to shoe supplier just based on my awesome customer service experience. Usually I hate dealing with returning online items because it's such a hassle but this was no sweat!

Zappos shipping is the best thing ever. I got mine within 48 hours! The boots are perfect. I usually wear a 9 but I got an 8 1/2 after reading the other reviews and they're definitely comfy and fit well. I adore them!
