These look nice and the quality of the material is great. I just wish there was a little padding at the inside of the top of the heel and inside tongue. These sit low on your Achilles; a little cushion would be nice.

I would buy these again and again; the best shoes on the market. They are a tad big, but that isn't really a problem.

These kicks are awesome. I had Macbeth Wallister\'s and they didn\'t breathe at all. These breathe perfectly fine, and are comfortable. I wore them on a 10 day trip to Europe through rain and mud and they were comfy and kept me dry. Good vegan quality. Order a half-size smaller than you would get for other brands.

Very nice shoes. They are true to size, durable in weather (lasted nicely through an entire winter in Boston), and personally I think they look fly for any occasion. Would highly recommend this all vegan product! (They also go great with instep gels of some sort, makes them even more comfortable.)

Comfortable shoe, but lining around heel on the inside is already coming apart after 2-3 weeks of wear. Will see how it continues to hold up, may not be worth the money.

Shoes look cool and fit good. Fast shipping as always. But I had to end up ordering one size smaller with this brand of shoe than I normally wear. Awesome shoes for the money.

These are the best shoes I've had. My current pair I ordered over a year and a half ago and the pair before that lasted just as long; I wore them everyday also. I've never had any pair last as long as these shoes do. Never buying any other brand.

Love this shoe feels, looks GREAT. The only thing is they sizes run big. I had to return my shoe because it was a full size too big, but the site was very easy to return and great service along with great return time. GREAT COMPANY and PRODUCT!

First of all, Zappos service was great. I have worn the shoes on and off for about 3 weeks. It took about 4 or 5 days to break them in. They look great and now they feel great for being canvas, flat soled shoes. But the fabric has torn and is coming loose inside the heel area of the left shoe. This does not bode well.

I've got the older style version of these and wanted to talk about the whole size thing. I love Macbeths and I wanted a pair of Eliots so much I bought a pair off eBay, wrong size and all. Mine are a size UK 8 and I generally wear a UK 6. Sometimes I'll wear Converse hi-tops in a UK 7 and they're fine. I was a little worried about these as they're pretty low, but mine are fine! Yes, THEY FIT FINE. Sure, they're too big, but they don't fall off whilst walking, running, and generally leaping around, ace shoes, gotta get some, you won't regret it! And they're vegan! I don't buy or wear anything non-vegan so that's a plus point for me and the cows!

This was my first Macbeth shoe, closest thing I\'ve had before was the Adidas Gazelle. I found these to be built much better, similarly comfortable. I have a feeling they\'ll last longer.\r\n\r\nThe size was a bit too big, but I like my shoes loose so it worked out alright.\r\n\r\nWould definitely buy again.

Nice shoes! Heed the warnings of the other reviews here - these shoes run VERY big. I usually wear a 12, but I had to return these and get an 11 because there was so much room left over in the toe. I\'m talking around an inch and a half of extra room here! I have size 12 New Balance, Adidas, etc. and these were way too big. They are comfortable, more comfortable than my Converse All-Stars, and the color (I got the Rust-colored ones) is eye-catching. I don\'t like the rubberized toe that much but I guess it\'s a necessity. Nice shoes!

So far these shoes are treating me pretty well. They have a really solid foundation, and I've walked miles in them without a problem. I also bike a lot, and they are working pretty good for that. My only complaint about these shoes is the rubber part in the front. You have to (or at least I had to) get used to it; it's a different shape than all the other shoes I had, and for a day or two I was tripping over my own feet, but overall I would recommend these shoes.

Macbeth are the best. I opt for canvas for comfort and Macbeth really gives me many options of styles to choose from. Forget Converse, get Macbeth. I love how I can search for cruelty free footware on your site. It is sometimes difficult finding a large array of vegan shoes in one place. Zappos makes being a vegan a little easier.

I have never had a pair of Macbeth (or Converse/equivalent) before, only skate shoes (Vans, iPath, NSS) and New Balance tennis shoes. I got the Peacoat/Cement version, and they are perfect. I’ve been wearing these shoes for quite a while now, and they are exactly what I expected. They didn’t take long to wear in. If you’re a normal guy who isn’t too fussy, you’ll be fine. They are by no means uncomfortable, and that’s coming from a guy who usually wears super-padded skate shoes. The pictures of the shoes here on Zappos were spot on; what you see is what you get. I will definitely be coming back to Zappos and Macbeth for shoes in the future, although my next pair of shoes will most likely be a new pair of skate shoes, since the duct tape on my current pair isn’t going to last much longer.

I usually wear Converse, but my mom bought these because of the style, and they are so amazing, I had to steal them from her! I usually go through a pair of Converse about every six months or so, and they will be destroyed beyond all recognition. That being said, my first (and so far only) pair of Macbeth's has now lasted me over two years! While they aren't the best shoes for a full day of walking, I wear them to school, and they are perfectly comfortable for the day. Definitely way better than Converse!

Awesome brand... So I bought these mainly because they are vegan. I also felt they were what I was looking for and I usually only wear Converse...after getting them...they were more comfy then my normal shoes...my only issue is after everyday wear, they are already falling apart in the back of the shoe. Maybe it’s the Chicago weather...but I do say a great buy never the less.

Delicious - I got the same size as I wear in vans and converse and they're perfect. I haven't had any problem with the back being too low or slipping like other people have said they had. They have more support than converse do and look WAY better. Tom Delonge knows what he's talking about. If you're thinking about it, definitely get them.

These shoes are extremely stylish, but just as poorly constructed! I’m a big guy 215lb guy, and these shoes just don’t hold up. That all said, I do like them, as I’ve gone through several pairs, but I’m sort of done with them for now.

Not so good... The guys totally fell apart in Chicago winter. I guess the salt or something had the sole on the heel come completely off and the canvass itself by the heel has torn huge holes on both shoes. This is only a few months I've had them.
