WOW!! Wear Them IF YOU DARE... It goes without saying but bears repeating that these are some INCREDIBLY SEXY and attention-grabbing boots. I got the white ones and I wore them running around town doing errands and then out to dinner, and the compliments didn't stop coming, from men as well a women! What's far less obvious is how comfortable they are. The 1/4" platform is nicely padded, making the 4 1/4" heel easy to walk in. When I got home, I didn't want to take them off! It's also great that they're lace up boots, because you can customize them to your calf size. I have stick calves, and it was wonderful to be able to cinch the laces up for a better fit! The side zip makes taking them on and off a breeze after you get the laces tied comfortably. I wish they came in more colors--I have more than enough black boots and I just got another wonderful red patent pair. I had originally ordered a much less expensive pair of white boots, and I was actually happy that they didn't fit properly because I then had a reason to get these beautiful Rosanna's in white! Now, if only they came in navy and ivory and perhaps a few other shades. If you need boots in white, black, or that lovely cherry red (the prettiest, in my opinion), grab these before they're gone!
