I had never shopped with Zappos before, so I ordered a pair of Lucky Brand Jeans. They were too big for me, so I contacted customer service, and orderd a smaller size. To my surprise they arrived the very next day, with shipping labels to return the other pair. I was very pleased with the whole transaction, and I received an email a day later informing me they had reimbursed my cedit for the larger pair. I have nothing but good things to say about this company, and their customer service rep, I think his name was Josh went above and beyond to make me happy. Keep up the good work, and I'll definetly be a future customer.

Love them! Very long (I'm 5'9" and need to wear 3" heels for them not to touch the ground), perfect amount of distress to look stylish and still polished enough. Definitely order a size smaller, I'm usually between a 4 and a 6 and the 4 is perfect.

These jeans are too faded on the front. The fading is almost white. I didn't even have to take them out of the package to know I hated them. The front of these jeans did not look like the photo online.

These are my favorite jeans and I have them in several washes. I am a big boot cut fan and 5'9". My only issue is that they seem longer than 34" inseam. I had to have them shortened a little to wear with Dansko clogs, my Frye boots and 3" heels.

I bought these for a good friend, and she has worn them every day (just about) for a year and a half(!), which should say something about how great these jeans are. They complement her height, give her some curves and nice styling, and the dark color with slight fading works for every situation, and they must be comfortable!

I love these jeans! I ordered them in the Ol' Rooftop and Ol' Zest colors. They are great for long legs. The only thing is that in this color (Ol' Rooftop) they're actually too long, even though they're the same size and style as the others...I've never had that problem before. So if you normally need long sizes, you're probably better off going with the regular instead...I should've listened to the other reviewers. Also, if you're usually in between two sizes, go for the smaller one. The fit is great, no gapping in the back. I'd definitely recommend them!
