Wonderful Boots - I ordered two other boots to try and this one was the best. A little snug on the toe and slipped on the heel like the company says they will at first. Quickly breaks in... feels great and doesn't slip on your heel. Worth every penny.

Beautiful Boot - It's true what everyone says: These are comfortable right out of the box. Beautiful soft leather and quiet when you walk too. I normally wear a steady size 8 M, which I tried and had to return because they were a bit too big. I exchanged for a 7 1/2 M and they fit perfectly - tight across the instep, a little bit of a slip in the heel - and perfectly comfortable. I'm plotting my justification for buying another pair of Lucchese boots!

Great Boots - I can't wait to wear my boots when it gets a little cooler here in Raleigh, NC. I have only worn them around the house, they feel and look great!

Ridiculously comfortable! Good buy. Only seconds out of the box, I had these on my feet and I cannot say that I have ever worn anything more comfortable. Wore them immediately down the street to a grocer, and several hours around the house, and no complaints. I could sleep in these boots. Nice, soft, supple leather and a great look!

Narrow! This is my first pair of Lucchese boots and they just don't send me. They're very narrow, and I guess I'm just not a fan of the snipped toe. They're just not that comfy, given the tightness upfront and the slippage in the heel. I don't think Lucchese is the right brand for me.

Too tight for wide feet - I love the look of this boot, but it is narrow!!! Be careful if you have wider feet than most as it is tight and I cannot return it after wearing them to try and break them in.

Will fit over pants. Got these in an 8 and even though it's a 4/5 too, to me the toe seemed a bit pointier and chiseled the instep a bit wider and looser than my other Lucchese boots, but then my foot runs narrow. It is a very soft leather so that may explain the instep. I think this particular pair would work well for a 7.5 with a heavier sock, which you might want to wear for the cold anyway.

I LOVE these boots! I have owned a couple pairs of Justin and Nocona boots, but these are the best! They were extremely comfortable from the moment I put them on (no break-in period necessary) because the leather is very soft. They are true to size as well, and I love the look. Yes, they are pricey, but they are worth it and I know I will have them for years. It will be tough to switch to another brand of boot after wearing these!

I love these boots! They are more of a matte finish than regular shiny leather cowboy boots, which I like. The Lucchese boot is super-comfortable. I am on my feet at work all day and wore them to work right out of the box... they never hurt my feet. I wear a 7, and they are just a tiny bit large, but next size down might have been too small. They should fit snug out of the box, as they will stretch to fit your foot.

I love these boots! They are by far the most comfortable shoe/boot I have ever had that has been easy to wear from the moment I put them on. The leather is buttery soft, making the footbed very flexible. I almost take extra care not to scuff them up because the leather is such nice quality. The inside is lined with leather and they are extremely well-made... not often do I see “Made in the U.S.A.� - gotta love that! These boots are a must if you are looking for a stylish black western-style boot.

Amazing! These boots are the best. My uncle and aunt bought me a pair of Lucchese boots on my 9th birthday. Those were great. They recently bought me this pair of Lucchese for my high school graduation. I love cowboy boots. They are fantastic. Soft leather, very comfortable and would recommend them to everyone.

I wear between an 8.5 and a 9, my feet are on the wide side and my calves are a bit thick. I ordered the 8.5 and they are perfect. These boots are gorgeous. The leather is fantastic. When I first put them on I had heel slippage and the balls of my feet felt like that they were in a corset. Like most boots they were also tough to put on the first time. Within a few hours the boots had loosened across the ball and the heel slippage was less. I recommend wearing them with hose socks the first time. I love these and they were very much worth the price. I even wear them to work with my suits.

Love, love, love these boots! Soft as butter, comfortable and fit like a glove. I wore them for 6 hours right out of the box and felt like I was in slippers. True to street size. Buy these..you won't be disappointed!

Love this boot. I actually bought in boot shop in Austin and fell in love. They are on the narrow side, but hug feet, don't rub and are very comfortable to walk in. The only thing is that you have to take care with the pointy toe. It scuffs easily.

I'm very satisfied with this purchase. I find that Lucchese boots run a bit large, so I bought these 1/2 size smaller than other boots. Lucchese boots do require a break-in period. I had a problem with a previous Lucchese purchase, however; both Zappos and Lucchese proved to have fabulous customer service policies. I will be a return customer.
