Awesome boots - I am more of an urban cowboy than one on the range. This boot, however, goes from work to play easily. Lucchese makes a wonderful and very very comfortable boot. This is one of my two favorite pairs of Lucchese boots....BRAVO!

The advice on sizing is right on. I ordered a half size smaller than I normally wear, and they fit perfectly. Nice boot.

I\'ve been wearing these around all day and its not hard to see why these boots have so many positive reviews. Ordered 10\'s at first then returned them for 9\'s, I\'d recommend ordering a whole size or more down from your sneaker size. The Mad Dog Goat leather has a really nice texture to it that the pictures don\'t quite capture, and the soles aren\'t quite black, just a very dark rich brown. Comfortable all day straight out of the box.

The Lucchese N1547 5/4 is the best boot ever. Or in the words of my husband “the best damn boots I've ever had�. Over the years we have purchased 3-4 pair. They are comfortable, look great and last. As for Zappos - we don't buy shoes or boots anywhere else. Zappos can't be beat!

I have owned this boot for about a year now and it is without a doubt one of the most comfortable pair that I own. They fit me true to size, and the arch support is fantastic. The style with the pointed front is perfect with boot cut jeans. What more could you want from a boot except maybe a better sale price!

These boots are ready to go! Although the boot is a bit more expensive, it is worth every penny. The craftsmanship shows in ever stitch and better yet (IT'S MADE IN THE USA). It is the first boot I have ever owned with the arch support that it has. They are really sharp and I wear them riding, or partying.

Very Nice! I just received these Lucchese 1547 boots about a week ago. I've been wearing them every day. They are really comfortable, and the craftsmanship is top-notch. These boots get an A+ rating from me. I wouldn't change a thing. The leather is beautiful, much nicer-looking in person than the photos shown on Zappos.

Excellent boots but I would recommend but run a little larger than marked, I would recommend to buy them 1/2 size down. And, as always, service from Zappos is amazing!

Tahiti Joe the hot sauce Kahuna wears Lucchese. Best overall boot I ever had, style, comfort. Lucchese 1883 is my favorite. My normal size is 10D. In this boot I took 9EE. A year later I bought the chocolate mad dog goat.

Great boot. The last boot I owned was a Nocona but there is no comparison. I loved the fit so much that I ordered the black goat and if I can get away with it with my wife, I'm ready to order the chocolate. Great fit great boot.

REAL boots from someone who knows - My husband had wanted to have real boots like those he had growing up in Mexico. These are them! He loves wearing the boots and even loves to look at them on the shelf. I made him very happy when I got them for him as a gift. They're really soft and comfortable, true to size and he wore them all night to a concert when they were brand new, and even after dancing, no blisters! The embroidery is really nice, detailed, but still masculine and not ostentatious.

Lucchese Mad Dogs - My husband is a size 9-1/2, and has wide feet (between a D and E width). Since this boot only comes in D width, I ordered three sizes for him to try--9-1/2, 10 and 10-1/2. He couldn't get his feet into the 9-1/2; the 10-1/2 was too long and slightly roomy, and there was way too much slide in the heel; but the 10 was a good fit. Once you get the fit right, you will love them. Lucchese makes awesome boots!
