"First of all - Zappos, I LOVE YOU!!!! You really are unequivocally the best on the web in every way!! Best policies, best selection and prompt, easy service! I've bought tons of shoes off of you guys and tell EVERYONE to try you if they haven't yet. I just can’t say enough good!!! Well, today your customer service department gave me yet ANOTHER reason to love you. I bought a pair of shoes that I love, but they pinched me when I tried them on. I should've called it a loss then, but I loved them too much to return them and was determined to break them in. Well I was quickly defeated by these cute shoes, but since I had worn them I was sure you wouldn't take them back - I mean, rightfully so. Unbelievably, you made an exception! I couldn’t believe it, and I couldn't believe I had a CHOICE!! The CS rep. offered me store credit OR a refund to my credit card. She saved the day (and saved me the money these cute torturous shoes cost me!) I am just so glad I decided to call and ask! I can’t believe you guys were able to take them back!!! If I wasn't already addicted to Zappos, now I'm really in trouble!! LOVE YOU ZAPPOS!!! Keep up the good work!! Devoted Zappos-shoe shopper, THANK YOU!!! "
