I like the eye liner when it's short; when the line is too long your hand keeps shaking. This one is easy to apply but it's not waterproof like it says on the box. I put it on my eye to try it and after a while I tried to see how it is, but it didn't dry. If you touch it, it's going to move so easy that you don't need a makeup remover. The only thing I like about it is the rich black color, but it's going back because it's not waterproof.

I've been searching for the perfect liquid eyeliner for years, and I finally found my champion! As the reviewer prior states it's not water-proof. The description clearly states that this is "water-based". It stays on until you wash it off. It is definitely smudge proof. I have heavy eyelids and even use a slightly oily moisturizer. I highly recommend if you have been searching as I have.
