These are the most adorable little shoes, but run huge! I bought the 12-18 month size for my 15 month old and they were so large she could walk out of them. Will order in smaller size.

Children living in poverty are given possibly their first pair of shoes for school and protection from soil-borne infections caused by walking barefoot.
