About Livie & Luca
Livie & Luca children's shoes incorporate brightly colored leathers,
bold designs and whimsical modern touches that capture the playful
essence of childhood. Livie & Luca designs are inspired by nature,
folklore and the rich imagination of children. Their comfortable
construction allows kids to navigate playgrounds, city streets and
dirt pathways with style and ease.
Livie & Luca was formed in 2005 when three friends, all new moms,
compared notes and discovered there weren't any shoes on the market
with the modern designs, flexible soles and affordable prices they
craved. Deciding to create their own shoes, Livie & Luca was born,
with the fitting tagline, "adorable shoes for adorable feet."
With an independent spirit and a commitment to giving back, Livie &
Luca partners with its customers and Art for Humanity to facilitate
the donation of gently-worn shoes to children in Honduras. Children
living in poverty are given possibly their first pair of shoes for
school and protection from soil-borne infections caused by walking
barefoot.
Designed to "tread lightly" on the earth, Livie & Luca incorporates
eco-friendly practices wherever possible. This commitment to the
environment combined with fresh designs and taking cues from
children's creativity, has created the magic that is Livie & Luca.

These shoes are unique and adorable. I love the mauve and the yellow/lime together. I wanted a shoe that would protect my daughter's toes and provide a secure heel. They are easy enough for her to put on and they will be her only shoes this summer. The leather is soft and the shoe is of excellent quality. She will be wearing these when we travel to Los Angeles, Rome, and Bremen, Germany this summer.
I love these shoes! They are perfect for little feet. My daughter can not kick them off, which is a major plus! These will be wonderful when she starts to walk as well.
Wonderful little shoe for tender little tootsies. Bought these for two grandbabies and would have gotten them for the third but the larger (12) size didn't fit her correctly.
If you have a child with very wide feet, this shoe may be for you. I do not have that child. I wanted to love this shoe and it looks so cute in the picture -- but it did not look cute as it flopped around on my daughter's foot and I can't imagine how she'd run in them. The length of the shoe was just right, but it was way too wide in both the front and back.
They are super comfy shoes. They feel like leather socks. The 3rd picture shows a bit of rubber on the soles, but they don't have any sort of rubber. I was hoping they did so my son would not slip, but they seem to do just fine. They are very cute shoes.
My daughter wore these shoes this summer and let me tell you they were gorgeous! You will not find any little girl wearing these sandals. They went with everything from shorts to jeans to dresses and had a real funky style to them. We got a load of compliments on these shoes. My daughter has narrow feet and these shoes fit her perfectly. My only disappointment is that I don't know what size she'll wear next summer, so that I could buy that size too.
Whoa! This shoe is Wide. My 15-month old daughter wears a regular, medium width and supposedly, these shoes are med width. Not! Her feet look like they belong to a duck! Too bad because they look super-comfy otherwise, with padding in all the right places. What went wrong with the production of these shoes?
