I've been looking for a nice, good-looking, comfortable work shoe. I have a bunion and high heels just aren't do-able anymore. I liked the look of this shoe, so I order my normal size, 10 medium. To look at them, they're pretty. The shape of the heel makes the shoe a lot less "Grandma-ish." When I put them on, they were as comfortable and good-looking as I'd hoped. The medium was plenty wide enough and as suspected, the shape of the heel makes the shoe look even better on. I'll be buying more of this style in other colors as the size becomes available.

These shoes are great! I have worn them for several hours through work days where I have been standing for 2-3 hours at a time. Great! Very comfy foot bed and a nice toe shape.

Great shoes for the price. I did not want to spend much for shoes I would not wear all that often, I just needed them for job interviews. I am a 6.5 and after reading reviews I decided to go with W and I am glad I did; they fit perfectly and actually, they look really good for the price. Great purchase.

These navy pumps look very professional and are very comfortable. They seem to run a touch big, but with a forefoot insert they are perfect! Thanks for the excellent service.

This shoe was a very nice simple pump, but it was too narrow for my foot. When I tried to re-order, they did not have a wider shoe in my size 5.5. Customer Service is excellent.

Not only am I very happy with the shoes I have purchased from Zappos, the customer service is absolutely the best I have ever experienced! The last 2 orders I placed, I received before 24 hours elapsed! I didn't pay for express shipping either. I had to return a pair to get a different size and the exchange was made quickly and accurately. Other companies could learn a lesson from Zappos.

I bought these shoes in black and brown to wear when I start teaching. This week I've worn them to a christening (including walking around New York for blocks and blocks because I couldn't find parking!), a wake and a funeral (heck of a week). I have a bad back and was looking for smart shoes with low-ish heels; these were the best-looking ones I could find and I'm totally in love with them! My back feels fine, I got a little heel rub but apart from that, I've emerged unscathed, which has never happened with a new pair of pumps. And I think they'll stand all the vagaries of fashion: they look great with pants, pencil skirts, dresses, you name it.

Comfortable conservative pump for work. I never buy wide width, but found that wide was much more comfortable in the toe box than the regular. I suggest trying both. I wear a 6.5-7, and the 6.5 wide works best. I also tried the Sable in a size 7 and it was way too big in the heel.

I love these shoes! I have searched, literally, for decades to find a basic black dress shoe that actually fits my flat, narrow foot. Finally my quest has come to an end! These shoes fit well right out of the box, but do need to a bit of stretching in the toe area. They do lack a bit in arch support, but I'm used to having to buy insoles, heel grips and everything else to make my shoes wearable. These are the closest I've ever come to finding shoes that actually fit me. I ordered a pair in black and will be ordering a pair in brown soon. Also, the quality seems very good for the price; I was quite impressed with them, as you can probably tell.
