Love the style but unfortunately the heel strap sits a little cock-eyed and rubs the back of your heel raw. Due to the positioning of the heel strap, your heel gets pushed off to the side of the shoe somewhat. Other than the heel issue, the shoes are comfortable and I think with time the heel strap will loosen up some and fit more comfortably.

I really liked these shoes and got compliments on them. Since I am not use to wearing heels I ordered them a week before I needed them which gave me plenty of time to wear them around the house to break them in. By the time my event came around I was able to wear them for 6 hours before they began to feel uncomfortable.

Back strap has a piece of elastic that slips. So eventually, you're spending your time pulling it back up.

Very cute shoe, but the straps hurt my feet. I have narrow feet and difficulty finding comfortable shoes.

I purchased these shoes for my son's wedding. I think they look better on my foot than in the picture. I've been wearing them around the house to break them in as my toes are a little bit 'pinched'. I decided to risk inserting a zip lock bag into the toes, filling them with water and freezing. They fit just perfect now! It was just the little bit of room I needed. I also wanted to be comfortable throughout the day and I purchased a set of gel pads from Walgreens. I am not used to wearing heels any longer and I am finding these shoes to be very comfortable. I am very pleased with my purchase. I found these shoes on another site, but they did not have the 'wide' size. They were a little cheaper, but the peace of mind that I could return these at any time was what made me decide to order from Zappos. I am glad I did and I would do business here again!

Very cute, but did not fit across the toes! Very tight, not just a little! The 8.5 was horribly tight. The size 9 sole was a little too long, but the toes were still squished. I'm not a fan of foot pain!

Very comfortable, stable with solid footing with low heel and stylish. Wore on a recent cruise and was very pleased with style, fit and comfort. Had tried many other brands but this not only was most reasonable but had some bounce and cushion in the bottom which was great.

Much too small in size and width. I have an average foot and it's too small everywhere. I ordered a 1/2 size larger than I usually wear because I read the other reviews. It still is being returned.
Brands I'd also recommend: I love this brand.. just find another shoe

The shoe is absolutely adorable but runs really small and tight. I'm an average 8 and I normally don't have issues with 8s, but this shoe is just too small, thus uncomfortable.
