I love these shoes, wear them to work in the office. A really comfortable heel height and the wide is true to size.

Had to return item... shoes fit small both in size and width and right shoe was more roomy than left by a fair amount. Shoes are all man-made which gave them a little cheaper appearance than I wanted. Price was high for quality and fit.

Great fit, runs a little smaller than normal but good fit if you get the size right. Bottom is a bit thin but I added some pads and perfect.

I ordered the wrong size and was able to return them and get the correct size without any hassle!

Gorgeous shoes. They seemed to run a little narrow, but they have a little elastic to help with the stretch. The soles aren't cushy...I ended up using a gel insert but I'd certainly buy these again. They look incredible with dress slacks.

I am very happy with these boots! I was worried at first because they were tight the first few times I wore them. I contemplated on returning for a wide but didn't think it would help since they are tight on the top part of the foot. I have never worn a wide a didn't know how that would work out. After wearing them with some thick socks, they stretched out and now I love them.

I did not like these boots at all! Boots look better in the picture. The calf is far too wide, I can layer about 3 pairs of jeans in them. Soles of the shoes and narrow so the boot widens at the foot. Not my idea of wide when it comes to shoes. I will be sending them back.

A great practical shoe! I work as a hostess in a high end restaurant. I bought these shoes for work and they are perfect, dressy but comfortable with pants or dresses and the non-slip sole is great.

Very good looking shoe. Ordered 2 pair. Wish I could have kept them. My toes are right at the top of the shoe. No room for your feet to expand as you walk. Too bad I have to send them back.

I love these boots. I have gigantic calves and because of that fact I thought I could never wear boots, but these are great. They have a pretty wide shaft and lots of stretch! I get so many compliments on these, I love them!

I normally wear an 8.5 in boots, usually a 9 in dress shoes. I was desperate to get these though because I loved them, so I ordered them in a 9 because it was the only size they had left in the regular shaft. I am glad I did! They fit more like an 8.5. I do not have a large calf, I'd say it's pretty average, so I was surprised that these were so close fitting in the shaft. Usually, my boots have room for at least a finger to slide in, but not these. I actually like that too though, it makes the boots look a bit more polished. I'm not worried about fitting my jeans into them, as they have the stretch in the back. That stretch material actual provides a beautiful contrast as well. I'm pretty happy with this boot. It was sort of a happy accident though really!

Not a true fit. I got an 8W and I would say that it is probably a 7 regular - not a wide.

I'm 61 and wanted some comfortable and stylish boots to wear for office and casual. I loved these boots so much, I just ordered them in dark brown!!!! My calf is not fat, just a little wider than the norm, and the wide shaft is a perfect fit! I can't say enough about these boots! Love the full length back zip. So easy to put on and take off!!!!! My co-workers love them! I wish they came in gray too. I'd order them in a hot minute!!!!! I LOVE ZAPPOS!!!!

I love this shoe! It looks even better in person. It fits very well and is true to size, comfortable and stylish.

Loved these. But the front opening, although not tight, was just at the place where it pressed on my bunion. So sad. Very comfortable, otherwise. Lightweight, comfortable heel height, and a little bounce to the sole. The misty gray is a warm, medium gray. You might not notice in the picture, but the toe area has radiating stitched sections. The material has a matte shine. True to my 8 1/2 medium size.

I received my shoes today, and they fit me quite well. I like these shoes a lot, great silhouette, good heel height that's just right for pants or skirt, and it seems pretty comfortable. I will be wearing these to the office a lot!

I'm still debating about keeping this boot. I normally wear a 9.5 C, or a 10 B. I ordered a 10 C so I could wear thick socks and put in my own insoles. No way. Even without putting in my insoles and with medium weight socks the toe is narrow, and considerably (not slightly, as my left foot is a tad bigger than my right) more so on the left. Maybe the left one is really a B width. No way to know. Also, they are very very difficult to zip at the heel. I'm concerned the zipper will break there. A bit wide in the calf for me, as I need a 16.5, but I don't mind. Room for jeans.

I love these shoes. The shoe bed is nice and soft. I wear them almost every day for work. I can wear them with dress pants and jeans. The heel is just right. Not to tall or to flat. I could run after a little one with these. I am a teacher in her mid 30's and I get lots of compliments about the shoes. I have now had them for over a year and they still look new. In fact I am planning on buying another pair. I would highly recommend these comfortable shoes.

Very nice shoe, especially for the price. I usually wear a 10N, sometimes a 9.5N. In this shoe, I had to go with the 9.5N and my thicker trouser socks.
