- Double Down: 66% cotton, 34% polyester;
Black: 99.3% cotton, .7% spandex.

Jeans designed for dudes with packages. Went to the Levi's store and found all their crap is designed for asexual hipsters nowadays. Was very happy to find Zappos still carries 569s. Stocking up for the apocalypse because I don't see Levi's ever returning to the good side.

Spoke with Levi's customer service (1-866-860-8907) and they confirmed this season the 569 is a lower rise and tighter fit. They want your feedback - If you like last years style better, call them and let them know, we can have them back by fall!

These are rugged jeans, I own three pairs of them and have never had a problem with them. The fit is very comfortable. I am a former football player and I need room in the thighs. Normally I would have to buy a larger waist size that is too big to accomodate my legs. These are the only jeans I can find that have a good proportion of thigh room to waist size.

These are the most perfect jeans! However, Levis will no longer make this 569 loose straight, and it's really sad! I have been wearing Levis since forever; they will never go out of style. They can be worn with any designer: Polo, Versace, Hugo Boss - they are the only jeans that you can do that with. Levis, why are you replacing them with the tighter 559s? They are not even in the same conversation with the 569's!!!!!! Try wearing a Polo shirt with a pair of Calvin Kleins - you would look like an idiot! There is no more to say. In this country, every time you find something you really like - and really don't mind paying for - they have to change it! Sad, really.

I purchased two pairs of the 569 jeans for my son for Christmas. This is the only jean he will wear and they are not available at any store in my area. As a last resort I tried Zappos, and there they were! My son was a happy camper on Christmas morning. (By the way, he is 39 years old.) Please don't let Levi stop making this style!

The jeans really look nice. I have thick thighs so I have to buy jeans in a larger waist and get them tailored in. But still, with these, the legs are tight. But the bottom line is the service from Zappos, the jeans shipped fast, no hassle, always a satisfied customer.
