This is the third year I have purchased jeans from Zappos. I am picky about how my clothes fit and that makes it difficult to shop online. In the beginning, I had to return one pair because I was not aware of the sizing parameters with shrink-to-fit jeans. They handled it over the phone. I mean, the purchase was credited back to me within the span of a five minute phone call and I proceeded to order the right size. I have been happy with the way they do business, specifically, being able to talk to a live person who knows (or can find out) about the details regarding the merchandise I am interested in. Dan

Great pants, love the button down. If you are used to zippers, you might become converted after trying a button down. Classic, 501, Levi. Material feels good, strong, and durable. Not as thick as some jeans I've had, and certainly not thin. These are the first pair of 501s I've owned. The original fit is slightly loose in the lower leg and butt, if you're looking for a more fitted jean, try another cut.

Perfect fit, great color, shipped fast. One negative, I was expecting the true 17 ounce denim, these are the 11 ounce. Still a great pair jeans, will definitely be ordering these again.
