Don't buy these poles. I bought one pair and they failed. I returned them because I thought it was a fluke. They failed after only nine days of hiking. I got a new pair and they failed on my second hike. I did not abuse the hiking poles. There is no category for no stars or I would give it to these poles. It's not the retailer's fault. Leki makes an inferior product.
