Leatherman Reviews
This is a nice tool. I’ve carried one for years. The blade is small but sharp. Scissors are great for nails, but don't try wrapping Christmas presents with them. Nail file and all other tools are great except the tweezers. Overall, I used this a lot.
I use this as my every day pocket tool. I'm a 33 year old working mom of a 4 and 2 year old. I would be lost without this pocket tool. It goes everywhere with me. It does everything- cut open packaging, cut tags out of shirts, unscrew computer parts at work, etc. The scissors are really sharp. My mom and I both have this one. Incidentally, ours both broke the same week (the scissors). We printed out the guarantee form on Leatherman's website, and they sent us a brand new one, each in 4 days. Very cool. If you are looking for a tool that you can take everywhere in your pocket, this is it.
The blades are awkward to open; the tweezers nigh impossible to extract, and useless when you finally manage to do so. If I were you I'd get a Victorinox classic SD pocket knife instead. It opens easily, and is slimmer as well.
Great tool for everyday use. I put together a complicated grill using just this tool. Leatherman makes quality products.
This is very bright for such a small light. Makes me feel like I am on "CSI." As always, Zappos has the best and fastest service, bar none.
Great little tool for a back country trip. It has every basic tool you might need to repair, tear, cut, file, etc. Well machined and operates smoothly.

After dealing with leaky plumbing and a troublesome car while on a trip in the Middle East, Tim Leatherman dreamed up the versatile multi-tool, an all-in-one device that could do far more than a standard scout's knife. After creating the initial prototype and then being rejected by all the major tool and knife companies, Tim went on to sell their first Leatherman® tool dubbed the Pocket Survival Tool™ in 1983.
