well made, but runs a bit large in the foot. The calf seems true to listed description, and yet, roomy throughout even with the shaped calf. I'm only returning it because I decided this is not my style. I need something a little more polished for the office.

I love these boots. I returned them because they are tight and made my feet go numb and are impossible to get off. But, they are, without a doubt, the most flattering and stylish red rubber boots around. If they had the next size up, I would own them. Unfortunately, they stop at size 10.

This boot is a great alternative to Hunters if Hunters are too tight around the calf for you. They are wider around the calf but still tall, unlike the Huntress. They are cute, comfortable and functional for slushy, wet Chicago winters. Realistically, they are a little more rustic looking and buyers will still need to invest in fleece welly socks to stay warm.

I really like this boot. The color is great. I was trying to match a rain coat that was a platinum color, and this matched perfectly. The only drawback to the boot; the top is kind of floppy. Still a very functional boot. True to size.

Boots are great looking, but not dressy. They have a dull texture that makes them look more casual than I thought, but I still really love them. They give great foot support, which is what I was looking for.

These are the best rubber boots that I have ever owned. They are worth every penny. With a horse farm and extensively outdoor life, I wear these nearly every day. They are sweaty in highest summer and uninsulated for deepest winter, keeping in mind that I wear them for hours at a time. They are waterproof, protective, supportive and relatively light weight and do not blister. They flatter my legs and the gold color is so tasteful that is blends well with most anything. This was the best money I ever spent on boots.

I just received these boots after weeks of debating over which rubber boots to get. I chose these because they are natural rubber and are slated to last a long time. Upon receiving these boots I did notice that the rubber, itself, is strong and likely long lasting, but the color and fit were off. I got the gold hoping it would act as a neutral but it looks dreadful with browns. And, I do not have extremely large calves but they fit so snuggly around the calf I didn't think I'd be able to get a thick, warm pair of socks on with these or be able to tuck my jeans in. The shoe portion of the boot was a bit big and clunky but the shaft is very tight. I'll be returning these, but I do think they are a great rubber boot for people with very thin calves.

Of all the Le Chameau's at this price point, these are the widest on the calf. Even the ones with the working buckle are tighter than these.

These boots are absolutely awesome and gorgeous. I bought them and the Le Chameau Vierzon for guys. I can keep only one pair, and the choice was difficult. This rain boot actually hugs my heel better. I could wear it without socks, but it fits too closely to my calf, making it more difficult to tuck in my pants, and I am lazy and not chic. I'm keeping the guy Vierzon which is an absolutely awesome boot, as is this one.

They are great. My dad saw them and wanted to know if they were in mens. Going from the barn to the stylish salon.

I wear a 7.5 and ordered a 6 and they actually fit fine,a little snuggly. They would not fit with thick socks. They are stylish, well made, and the platinum is a nice dark silver color. The calf is wide but with my jeans tucked in they still look good. The side buckle is only a cosmetic detail and serves no function.
