These boots are great for walking through the woods. They clean up very easily when covered in dirt or mud. The more you wear them the more comfortable they get. I have recommended these boots to all of my friends.

Boots look awesome and appear to be really well made - but they also seem to run small. Am really disappointed that I can't use them. Will try and order a size larger. Wish boot style was made in a wider size too. People with wide feet like to hike too!

Looks are not everything, though I would have given these boots an overall five stars if they had not been so deliberately unflashy. But I knew what I was getting in the way of looks from reading one purchaser's review. Still, the excessive stitching on the boot bothers me, making them a cross between hiking and chuka boots with a dull-brown color completing its unobtrusively homely appearance. That said, the boots seem sturdily well-constructed, provides me solid arch-support, an ample toe box and a snug, unconstricting fit. They are lightweight boots that I would not backpack with, but I was looking for something to help me rehab a damaged left knee by spending endless hours on a treadmill. So, all in all, I am happy with them.
