Dad's favorite -
My dad has been wearing these shoes for as long as I can remember - he's 78 years old now. He loves them. I can't find any other house shoe for men that even compares to this shoe. Great product and worth the extra bucks to get a quality shoe.

Breaking in new slippers -
My husband wore a blister on the side of his foot when he first wore these slippers. He is still wearing socks with them hoping the area where the front of the shoe joins the back half will loosen up. There is where the blister occurred.

Great Slipper -
This is a great slipper. My husband loves to be able to wear in/out side. After much searching for a slipper for him-THIS IS IT! I ordered 1/2 larger but he could have used his normal size. He refused to let me return.

They are nice. The style is not quite as nice as the ones my dad used to wear, but they are a reasonable facsimile. He likes them, they are comfortable and have a good supportive heel.

This slipper is very comfortable. I did order a half size larger, based on the other comments I read. I have been wearing this same style for years and will continue as long as they are available.

This shoe was a great buy the comfort of this shoe is wonderful the style and material were true to the description. I own this same slipper for years until they wore out and also bought others opera slippers similar to it from LB Evans. The only complaint is the size is narrow than other men slippers. A Great Slipper!
For years my father wore slippers like these and then could no longer find them. I purchased a pair for him for Christmas two years ago and he loved them so much I purchased another pair for him for Father's day. He has a very narrow foot which is hard to fit and these fit him fairly well.

Not my earlier L.B.Evans Slippers -
I have been wearing L.B. Evans Radio Tyme slippers for over ten years which I purchased in retail show stores. The pair recently purchased on line from Zappos were disappointing in that I ordered a 10-1/2 medium, my normal size, yet I found them to be too short, too narrow, and generally uncomfortable. In addition they were heavier than my earlier purchases from traditional retailers. Based on my experience with this purchase, I think I would have to order an 11-1/2 wide, which may or may not fit well. I did not return the slippers because I did not want the hassle and am hoping they will stretch and become more comfortable with time.

Purchased these hard to find opera slippers from a google search at Zappos. Received on time for a Christmas gift. Fit 1/2 size smaller than marked size. Zappos had no problem in shipping out an exchange for 1/2 size larger and we received it within 2 days of exchange request. Super great customer service!

Where,s the leater -
Had a pair of these for 15 years. They were real leather. They wore and felt great. It's time to replace them, but the new ones are made with man-made materials, and just are not the same. Miss the real thing.

L.B. Evans hard sole opera's -
great slipper!
Only complaint is with the L.B. Evans sewed in label in the innersole. It's uncomfortable for tender footed men. I would love to see this exact style with the duke opera outersole - drop the sewed in labels.

Opera slippers -
An excellent hard sole opera. One fault found. The L.B.Evans label sewed to the inner sole is uncomfortable. You can feel it sticking the bottom of your foot. This needs correction to make this the perfect opera slipper. Also this style needs to be offered with the duke style sole, (soft sole).

This is my husband's third pair of this shoe. When the old ones begin to get ragged, this is what he wants to replace them. I can only assume he finds them more than satisfactory, otherwise he's want to try something else!

The greatest slippers I have ever owned -
Received my L B Evans slippers the other day and they are so classy! You can wear them anytime and anywhere! I think the only time I haven't had them on is when I go to bed. Believe me, you cannot find slippers like this at any of the dept stores like Sears, Kohls, etc.
