L.B. Evans

I wanted to like these slippers. They run a tad big as others have stated. I normally wear a 13 and I ordered these in a 12 and they fit nice and snug without socks. They are very comfy, very flexible and the bottom soles are nice for trips to the mailbox or late night trips to the Red Movie boxes and I've been trying to find a slipper that doesn't have the leather ties as they are always coming loose and untying. I also like the lining as it is terry and not fur (my usual preference is flannel lined). However, within 3 weeks the lining began tearing away at the big toes and now they are uncomfortable to wear. My choice is to rip out the lining and put in an aftermarket cushion or return them. They are being returned and now my hunt continues (maybe I need to get a decent pair of casual loafers instead of slippers?).

I bought these slippers for myself recently. I was concerned that I bought the right size. The package arrived the next day and when I opened it I knew that the quality of the slippers were superior. The care in packaging, the soft and supple leather made my day. Would they fit though? Right away I put them on. My size 10B was a little snug but the leather melted to my foot in a few hours and I am very happy. I will always have L.B. Evans from now on.

I ordered these to replace the LB Evans Klondike slippers I had given my husband in the past and the soft leather was a huge hit with the hubby! He likes these even more since they fit even better. I swear his feet are as wide as they are long, but LB Evans is always a perfect fit and worth every penny. I waited till now to write the review to be certain they fit well on his very wide feet and all is well. They have a great sole and will certainly last him a good couple of years.

Great slippers! excellent quality, well made and subtle attractive color in wheat. however...my husband always take a size 10, even in his previous slippers, L.B. Evans too. These were much smaller and we returned the size 10 for 11's and they're perfect! I just can't compliment Zappos enough for their amazing selections, excellent service, humor (yeah!) and easy returns. Zappos you are the greatest!

I think I looked at every available man's moccasin style slipper on Zappos.com. At least 5 times. :) My husband has large feet, and I don't think he has ever had a pair of slippers that fit right and looked good. I ordered these and he couldn't be happier. They look great and feel good; plus, they don't make his feet sweat. Thanks, Zappos!

My dad is the hardest person to buy for and when I saw these I knew it would be perfect. He absolutely loves them and wears every day. I probably should have gotten a second pair. Thanks.

These are soft inside and do have a decent arch. Need to be broken in, so be patient!

These were for my 22 year old nephew who is kind of hard to buy for. He opened the box and immediately put them on. He loved them!

My husband has been wearing these slippers for years. Fortunately we have been able to replace when they wear out. Very good quality with sturdy sole to wear outdoors!

I bought these for my husband, and he loves them. He likes to wear slippers around the house instead of shoes, so he needs something that is comfortable but durable. These have a soft lining that keeps his feet warm but is also wearable during the summer. The soles are durable enough for him to wear outside and should hold up well. These are a great slipper for the money, and I would definitely buy them again.
