I loved these shoes out of the box! I ordered an 11, my usual size, but my heel slipped out every step and there was a good 1/4 inch gap behind my foot at the heel. So I ordered the next size down, the 10. Way too tight. I tried heel grips in the back of the 11s; didn't work, still too much gapping. Likely a 10 1/2 would have been perfect, but sadly, there isn't such a thing. My advice: order a half size down and enjoy this beautiful shoe!

I ordered this shoe in 9B, and it runs large in size and width. It slipped completely off my foot when trying them on. I exchanged for 81/2 B which fits a little snug in length, but width is OK. They stretched fine after wearing the first few times. The yellow snake skin is very bright! So if you want a "statement" shoe, this one is for you. For me, they look great with slacks, but are just too bright to wear with a skirt or dress. If you wear a smaller size, they might not so much like a banana on your foot! As always, Zappos is the best when it comes to returns. It does\'t get any easier!!!

This is a great shoe. I liked it so much I bought it in two colors. You get four inches of height but the platform makes it easier to balance on the super high heel. Really practical work shoe and the design makes it pretty scratch resistant.

Best looking shoe this year - I just love my new yellow Ralph Lauren platform pumps. While they are not as comfortable as lower-heeled shoes, they look great and are worth the pain. I tried to find these shoes EVERYWHERE after seeing them in a magazine and Zappos was the only place I found them.

Just not right - I had the same problem that was expressed by other reviewers. Once I got a size that fit, my heels kept slipping out. I suppose some heel pads might have fixed it, but maybe not. Disappointing, because they are very pretty shoes, and the color (green) was just beautiful.

Looks great but there seems to be a manufacturing problem - This shoe looks amazing but the sides feel very narrow yet my heel steps out of them any time I take a step. Sadly I have to return them.

Lived up to picture - I love these shoes. I was concerned they would be too loud, but they are very classy. The platform heel makes them comfortable to walk in. I plan on purchasing another pair.

Beautiful Return - 9M This shoe is stunning. Unfortunately, it was not comfortable to wear. I think the size was right, but my heel slipped out the back although the sides were very snug - to the point of not being easy to slip on & off. The toe box was a bit tight width-wise and not as comfortable as the Lumiani Bordo that I ordered at the same time to make a decision between the two. The RL Maria Platform leather was much stiffer than the Lumiani Bordo or even the RSVP Diadra shoe (that I previously returned for the same heel slippage reason).
