I have a small size 5 foot, so very difficult to find shoes in stores. Zappos has been great. I can order, and if they don't fit, send them back quickly and easily. This shoe fits perfect. I don't care for the tie, but it just slipped out of back of shoe. Comfortable and nice looking for an 89 year old woman.

Love these shoes! They fit well and are super comfortable. I like that the heel is not a whole chunky wedge because it makes the shoe more sophisticated and streamlined.

The shoes are beautiful and I love them, but the website (I think) said they were 3 1/2 inches, but with the platform, which is 1/2 inches, this makes the heel 4". I plan to order the same shoe in a different color. I found your website just by searching and when I told other people about your website, everybody knew about it. Since I wear a 10 1/2, not many people carry that size. So I will be shopping at Zappos.com from now on.

I have this shoe in green, fantastic color. Other reviews mentioned that the heel slips easily out of the back of the shoe, which I found to be true. I picked up a pair of heel grips that you peel and stick into the back of the shoe where your heel meets the shoe. Works like a charm… no slipping whatsoever.

I had to get strappy silver heels for a wedding. I had the added difficulty of trying not to compromise comfort/stability for looks and these provided the perfect balance. I finally decided to get them after reading a similiar review and I’m so glad I did. I didn’t even notice my feet that night other than I think I was the only one not to take my shoes off on the dance floor. These are very elegant, classy, and stylish shoes I can definitely use again. There is a small footbed that provides a little extra comfort. Sizewise, I went with true to size or half a size up. I have normal to slightly wide feet and I don’t know that I would recommend this for a girl with wide feet. Sorry, ladies. Other than that, the shoe looked really good on my foot and that is saying a lot. Happy shoe hunting.

These would be a nice balance of cute and comfortable, but I have wide feet. My wide feet spill over the sides, and there is a ridge all along the outside edge of the sole that pokes the bottoms of my feet. Completely unwearable for me, so I need to send them back. Otherwise I would be pretty excited about them. They would have been great for vacations with lots of walking, but where I want something cuter than flip flops.

These are beautiful shoes -- and so comfortable. Perfect for work. I have received quite a few compliments. They run slightly larger than my normal fit, but not enough that they slip around.

Great sandal, great metallic - I agree with the other posters, but wanted to write a review to let others know to buy a size (or 1/2) smaller. Typically, I am a 9, but ordered the 8.5, seems to fit great. I also have a narrow foot, but this seems to fit great. It is a perfect heel height for a "lower" sandal (I'm tall). The metallic is great. Not super shiny, and the sling back is nice. I think I will get a lot of wear out of these shoes.

I love the shoe and color. It is true to the color represented online BUT I must say that I was a bit disappointed on how the size fit. I wear a size 5 and this shoe felt more like a 5.5. I was very shocked considering that I have purchased Ralph Lauren shoes before in a 5 and they have fit like a glove. Since I did not want to return the shoe (because it is so cute) I decided to buy shoe inserts and they worked, sort of. The shoe fits better but after I've worn them a couple of times I've noticed that they have stretched a little. Overall the shoe is very comfortable and would highly recommend them.

Cute, professional shoes. A bit tight in the toes, but they stretched out some after I wore them. They have a cute bow, but the tips have a gold detail, and I prefer to wear silver jewelry, but I'm probably the only one who noticed! They go great with my navy suit.

These are some sleek, sexy shoes - but not so obviously sexy as to make them appropriate for the office, meetings, etc. I walk a LOT, and they started to bother my feet after a mile or so, but anyone else with a sane mind wouldn’t try to do that. The leather’s supple enough, and they are fairly true to size (perhaps a little looser than size, but not a half size too big). Nice buy and great sleek alternative to all the trusset type sandals that are in vogue this summer.

It had such promise! Beautiful in every way… until I put it on. The footbed curves up ever so slightly all around, so when my feet press down on the soles (when walking), I feel the edges dig into my feet. I don’t think that would be comfortable for any length of time. Sadly, this beautiful sandal is being returned.

I want to thank Z because of the incredibly fast delivery, less than 24 hours. I got my shoes on right now I wanna give them some use before I wear them tomorrow it seems they make some kind of noise (squeaking) I think it’s the material, plastic I'm guessing, (the shiny part) but I think it will go away. That's my only complaint; they look fine, and feel the same way also. If you have thin feet you will have to wear some insoles like I think I will. Other than that I’m happy with my purchase and of course will be buying more from Zappos.

Very pretty shoe due to the shine of the fabric, the color is very neutral. They are wide and I had to put heel grabbers to keep my heels from popping out. This is a comfortable shoe that looks good with slacks or dresses!

This is a great shoe. I liked it so much I bought it in two colors. You get four inches of height but the platform makes it easier to balance on the super high heel. Really practical work shoe and the design makes it pretty scratch resistant.

I love these shoes! I bought them in Navy/Silver. Navy sandals are very hard to find, especially ones that look feminine. They are very comfortable and stylish. Fit true to size, I wear a 6. I love shopping at Zappos, such a great selection and their customer service is tops!

These really are fabulous. I ordered black & the ivory. The ivory is closer to nude or buff. Don’t buy that color if you want ivory. The black is awesome, comfortable, and stylish.

Love Celestine~~!!!!! I ordered over 50 shoes at Zappos, and this is one of the best shoes I've seen! Love it! Very comfortable and looks cute with jeans or capris and even skirts! I wanted the blue-yellow color, but they don't have it in my size anymore. =( (I usually wear high heels- 3 inches and above) I walked for 5 hours last weekend with these shoes and it still didn't hurt my feet! Recommend!!!

Ok, these are pretty but have no support and are not for long wear. They are great for a party or dinner but not for standing or walking. They are lovely though, and I would recommend them for an occasional shoe.

I do not normally wear a heel this high -- I am an Earth shoe, flip flop, Dansko wearer; but these are the MOST COMFORTABLE shoes with a heel like this that I have ever had on. The straps are soft and comfortable; no rubbing or binding and the support is good. I purchased them to go with a particular dress and my only problem is that they are not quite the right color of pink to go with the dress, but I am trying to justify keeping them anyway!

I got these shoes along with other bridesmaids in silver to wear in a friend's wedding. They look awesome. They run true to size, and even though I have a wide foot they were fine. They're not the most comfortable, but because they look so great I didn't care. I would definitely recommend these shoes.
