I wouldn't buy these again. The foot bed begins to get uncomfortable due to the thick stitching under the ball of the foot. The stitching on the heel that keeps the foot bed attached to the sole has also already frayed through and the sole has started to seperate. Stay away.

I have been 8.5D for decades. The strap that goes over the instep was not even close to snug. The footbed seemed comfortable, but a little odd in its cushiness.
Brands I'd also recommend: Rockport, Nike
