THIS IS A GREAT HIKING SHOE. I have had La Sportiva hiking shoes for the past 7 years. these are very much the best that I have ever used. I walk a lot, so this rating is based on 6-10 miles average hiking 3-4 times per week. the heel support is what stands out on this shoe and the comfortable fit around the whole foot that molds to it gently after the first few hikes. I really appreciate this quality item.

These are simply great. Extremely supportive at heel and very comfortable. I needed about 1-2 mild hikes for the shoes to form to my feet.
