I normally wear a 44 and ordered a 44.5 in the Omegas and they fit perfect for my medium volume feet! Quality is fantastic and they are really light for a beefy pair of boots. The vibram sole has really good grip and the boots felt great without any break in.

These are amazing boots. I have always found it hard to find a medium to narrow boot, and these are the ones. Most American boot companies veer wide with sizing, but La Sportiva Omega. They take a little while to break in, but will last for many years

My only complaint with these boots is the sizing. I normally wear 11.5 so I ordered a 12.5 and after wearing them for 50 miles in Montana and Canada found them very tight. Should have ordered a 13. Otherwise, their construction and use of materials excellent!
