This shoe is fabulously comfortable. However, the sizing is tricky. The 8.5-9 barely fits me but the 9.5-10 is really too big. Also, the velcro closings tend to curl up a little. Due to the comfort factor I was willing to over look the sizing and Velcro issues.
Brands I'd also recommend: Different price point, but Donald Pliner.

I really wanted to like this shoe, but had problems with the sizing. I usually wear a 10.5 and tried both the 41 and 42, but neither worked. The 42 was just a bit small and my feet hit the top stitching, which was uncomfortable. They are adorable, but just not for me.

I love these shoes. I have a long, narrow foot and this style enabled me to adjust the straps to accommodate my skinny foot. They are so comfortable and have a great arch. Way to go, Zappos, for offering these in my size.
