These shoes were comfortable from the minute I first wore them. They remained comfortable all day at work and then for some shopping and errands into the evening. They look cute with slacks and skirts, too. My only advice is to say, don't be fooled by the sizing. The write up claims that EU size 41 is 10.5 to 11, but I always wear a 40 or 41 EU and 10 US, and the 41 fit like a 10, not 10.5 or 11. As always, Zappos service is amazing. I ordered at 9 pm one night, and the shoes arrived at my door the next afternoon.

Absolutely love this shoe and have gotten many compliments as well. I was able to wear them all day from the day I bought them. The adjustable strap ensures a snug fit and the heel has shock absorption. Nothing to not like.

I love these shoes. My feet have bunions and also need arch support. I'm looking to buy another pair. Great with pants, crops, and skirts. I had to buy a size smaller than normal.

I really do like the La Plume Angie but I wish there was no stiching along the insole at the heel. I did not order another pair in black because of the stitching. It tends to irritate my heel unless I keep my foot all the way down to the front of the sandal. I guess I could get a bigger size but they would probably look too long. So I will keep this pair. Other than the stitching, the shoe is very comfortable. The style is unique, but I like them.

Extremely soft and stylish. I get lots of compliments. Sizing is similar to Ecco/Dansko - i.e., relatively wide. I solved that by adding a store-bought insole.

Worth black feet? I love these shoes, they are comfy and stylish. But they are dying my feet black. Only wore once so far, and soles of my feet were utterly blackened by the nubuck dye. But they're so cute? What to do?
