La Plume

Absolutely the most comfortable light weight sandal to wear from the moment you slip your feet in them. Very stylish, the workmanship is superior! I think they are wonderful!

Love this sandal! I have worn the Jenny for years & tried this style as was similar. Zappos is the best website...just found it recently. I will be coming back often...actually bought 2 other pair of Softspots and am pleased with them, also. Thanks for your speedy service in providing beautiful shoes!

I really, really loved these shoes. I normally wear a 7.5 and I bought these shoes which run 7.8-8 on the sizing. I feel like they are a little bit too small but then it jumps up to a 9-10 and that would be too big. They are also a little wider than I would like, but it's manageable. I really loved this shoe so I'm keeping them.

While I loved this shoe for its comfort and style, I was disappointed in its construction. Within a year the stitching broke and and the shoes had to be discarded even though they still looked relatively new.

In the 90s I found the La Plume brand and wore them five and six hours a day during the work week. La Plume delivered comfort and style. When I found the Dixie in orange to match a dress that I plan to wear to a brunch, I was delighted. Something else delights me about Zappos. These shoes arrived in two days. Zappos delivers a timely product with super follow up service. Hey, ladies, just want you to know I am NEVER EVER going to return these fantastic shoes. I am also not going to hike in them and they are special occasion shoes.

I love these shoes. Not only are they good looking, but fit so well you don't have to break them in. They are a tad on the loose side, but that is due to the more flexible material that is surrounded by the leather, but they do not slip off your feet at all nor do they ever pinch. I love wearing these and they go great with my summer skirts.

I have these in black and brown. I love them, but got them to wear with socks. I have problems with swelling feet and ankles, so they accommodate all weight socks. They are my fall and winter go to for jeans and slacks. I was in a store and tried them on (so glad I did), then came and bought from Zappos. I got a size smaller than I usually wear in Danskos. Did I mention I love them?

I bought this shoe to wear around the house. I don't like shoes that are to soft. Makes my feet & back hurt. This shoe is just what I was looking for. Perfect if you don't care for those between the toe sandles. Buckle is adjustable. Foot bed is leather. Which, that alone is hard item to find in women's sandles. If you are looking for soft footbed, this is not shoe for you. I guess I would compare comfort to Dr Martin line of shoes, but not so heavy.

Love this shoe. Stylish, very comfortable, adjustable width forks for bunions etc. recommended.

I've had these shoes for 4 months. I don't wear them every day, as they are a dressier shoe. Their comfort is great but they have ripped out in the same areas on both shoes, making them unwearable. They weren't super expensive for me but I am very disappointed that they didn't last longer. I was a little leery about keeping them after first seeing them in person because I thought the stitching that is all around the tops and sides wouldn't last. However, it wasn't the stitching that tore, it was the fabric above the actual stitching.

These are cute & fit well but there is a line unseen right under the ball of my foot on both shoes that feels sharp when I walk. Weird. Returning.

I liked the style and comfort of this shoe, but it felt like waking on ice! The sole are very slippery, so I am returning them.

Very cute shoes, but not nearly as comfortable as they look to be. Was dissapointed and had to return them.

My husband and I both really like the look of this shoe. You can adjust the fit with the three straps. I had to tighten it as much as it allowed. I have not wore it much because the weather has not been warm enough but I anticipate enjoying it.

Wow - super comfortable. However, I did not like the fact that one of the straps stayed under the buckle and the other one did not - kind of a design defect. So although I loved the shoe, I returned it.

My first pair of La Plumes. I really love these shoes. They are cute, fun, and just a little blingy without being ostentatious. They are also very lightweight, comfortable, and fit my foot like a glove. I bought a very similar pair in black, which I also love. I will be coming back to La Plume in the future.

These are so cute, but have absolutely not structure. The uppers "squish" when weight is put on the shoe, and the strap can't be pulled tight enough to keep the shoe on. I didn't even try the left one on.

My narrow width feet and high instep love the adjustment ability, comfort and style of this Jen sandal.. I have worn these for years and have amassed many colors in my collection and I receive compliments whenever I wear them. Make your feet happy!

They won't win too many style awards, but you can't beat La Plume for summer comfort. FYI, they seem to be running a little wide and large this year, maybe order down a size. The metaliic is really good.

This suede, lace-up oxford is the closest to a normal-looking shoe as I've ever seen and adorable! Unfortunately, the details on the underside of the laces are uncomfortable plus the tongue has to be held up to put them on, so they aren't really slides. Zappos service is so good, I will continue to look for my ideal, comfortable shoes.
