Pretty boot - but still too wide! I've tried on countless boots and am still searching for the perfect fit...sigh. I was hopeful after reading the reviews of this boot but alas, still not a good fit.

Great boot but the calf width varies on each boot. I normally do not have problems fitting into boot but this one has one boot impossible to zip.

Just got these and am so disappointed! I have been looking for some quality boots. I have done my research, read reviews and specs on these boots (and many others). Unfortunately these do not run true to size. I can wear a 7.5 or 8 and typically a 7.5 will be too small. I ordered an 8 in these and they feel like an entire size larger (like a 9). I can understand a bit of extra room for thick socks but the is overkill. Make sure if you order to think about size and the foot bed is a bit narrower than pictured. I never wear a wide in shoe and these were a bit snug but I am sure with wear will stretch to fit just right (like good leather should). The leather is gorgeous and smooth, no dimples, and the lining is soft and cozy. I live in CA so I do not need a lot of extra lining for warmth but these have just enough for our rainy season. I wear an 8 in Born/Dansko if that helps and they fit perfectly.

These were comfortable and zipped up well. I have skinny ankles and thin calves and they worked well for me. However, they reminded me of rainboots and didn't make me feel sexy. If you want them for practical reasons, then they will be great. For me, they are going back.
