Great boot and dressy enough for my business casual office and fun enough to wear out on a Saturday night. I love the suede, love that they're waterproof, and have been pleasantly surprised at how comfortable they are.

These are beautiful and elegant boots. I wanted a suede boot with a graceful heel but not too tall. The three inch heel with 1/2 in platform makes them very comfortable and stable. The suede is substantial, not paper thin and the workmanship is fine. Also they are fitted around the ankle, so no slouch or bagging, which gives a very refined look. I do find a slight gap at the top, but then I do have narrow calves. Comfortable, elegant, well made and waterproof! Highly recommended.

If you are considering getting these boots, just end the agony now and buy them. I bought them on a fluke, with Zappos return policy - I wanted to see if I ever actually wore them. Well, they barely made it a week in my house without being worn. I wore them for an entire week of evenings out in Aspen in December. I didn't slip once and my legs and feet were toasty warm, and I am always comfortable wearing them - even after a full day in ski boots. Also I can wear them with Smart Wool socks and they still fit! And the leg width expands to accommodate different thickness of pant legs. They are super cute in addition to being practical and I have yet to wear them and not receive glowing compliments. You will not be disappointed!

These are fabulous boots and super comfortable - just wish they were taller. Returning for this reason.

This is my second pair of La Canadienne. The quality and fit of their boots is well worth the price. My new Mazys are warm and waterproof and stylish too! I have narrow calves, and they fit perfectly with no bunching or slouching. Walked two miles in them right out of the box in complete comfort. My regular size of 6.5 fit perfectly.
